The results of the 7th International Professional Competition NOPRIZ ("National Association of Surveyors and Designers") for the best project - 2020 were summed up in Moscow. Thus, the winner in the nomination "Best Spatial Planning Scheme" was the Spatial Planning Scheme of the Republic of Tatarstan. Master plan of the municipal formation "Innopolis city" of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took 2nd place in the nomination" The best project of the master plan of an urban district (urban settlement, rural settlement) ". Also, the 2nd place in the nomination "The best project of a cultural and sports facility" was awarded to the construction project of the Russian Drama Theater "Masterovye" in Naberezhnye Chelny. This year, 700 projects were admitted to the competition in 19 nominations, which cover all aspects of architectural, urban planning and exploration activities. Including 31 projects from foreign participants and 348 projects from students and postgraduates of 55 Russian and 7 foreign specialized universities. The geography of participation covers all federal districts of Russia, as well as countries such as Armenia, Belarus, Yemen, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Transnistria and Uzbekistan.
Since the beginning of the year, 2 million 367 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan. Out of these, 117 thousand square meters - over the past half month. To date, one of them in the "Sport" sector has been completed, within the framework of which 86 universal sports grounds, 7 ski resorts and an indoor football arena have been built in Zelenodolsk. The construction program for kindergartens provides for the construction of 22 facilities. Works completed on the 21 facilities. Another object is at the final stage of construction. As part of the creation of a comfortable urban environment, the program includes 62 objects, of which 36 have already been commissioned. Work at 25 sites is at the final stage. In addition, work is being carried out at 3 sites - winners of the Small Towns Competition. One object was commissioned within the framework of this direction - the city of Mamadysh. In the "Culture" branch, it was planned to build 12 rural clubs. In conclusion, Marat Aizatullin reported on the situation with labor protection in construction. Since the beginning of the year, 2,337 inspections have been carried out by the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan at the facilities constructing under state programs. 566 violations were revealed, 529 of them were eliminated. Specialists of the Inspectorate of Gosstroynadzor during this period conducted 1,227 inspections. The total amount of fines under 128 regulations amounted to 5 million 538 thousand rubles. Another 1 thousand 521 organizations - members of the SRO were checked by self-regulatory organizations.
The house was built for participants in the social mortgage program, employees of enterprises, young families and orphans. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan has completed the construction of a 340-apartment residential building in the "Salavat Kupere" microdistrict. It was built thanks to the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. The house has 17 residential floors, two entrances, the total living area of the apartments is about 15 thousand square meters. All apartments are fully finished, equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, fire alarm sensors, water and electricity meters, heat regulators and an automatic remote data reading system. In total, this year the State Housing Fund invests in the construction of 130 houses in cities and regions of the republic for 4.9 thousand apartments with a total area of 273.6 thousand square meters. In Russia, since 2019, the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" has been implemented, developed on the basis of the "May decrees" of Russian President Vladimir Putin. One of the tasks of the national project is to increase the volume of housing construction to at least 120 million square meters per year.

At the XXVIII International Architectural Festival "Zodchestvo 2020", held on November 11-13 in Moscow (Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Complex), the projects of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded the highest award - a gold sign in the category "Urban Environment and Complex Urban Projects" of the "Regions of Russia" competition. The festival was organized by the Union of Architects of Russia. The theme of the festival is “Eternity”, focused on finding and identifying modern trends in architecture and urban planning. The competition "Regions of Russia" was held with the aim of identifying the best examples of architectural and urban planning policies and practices in the regions and cities of Russia, new approaches to creating a living environment, activating and developing urban planning activities in Russia, popularizing architectural practices, original concepts, innovative solutions in urban planning and a systemic increase in the level of the living environment. The exposition of Tatarstan at the exhibition was timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatarstan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under the title “Architecture of Tatarstan through the century”. Marat Aizatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the progress of the overhaul of apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today. So, in the current 2020, 1,066 apartment buildings have been included in the overhaul program in the republic. According to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, to date, work has been completed on 765 houses. Of these, 424 were accepted by the State Housing Inspection. In the "Education" industry, 478 objects are being repaired under four operating programs. According to the program of an overhaul of kindergartens, it remains to complete work on only 2 objects. A total of 87 kindergartens are included in the program. Out of 17 resource centers, 4 remained in operation. Within the framework of the program of an overhaul of educational buildings and dormitories, two objects were completed; work is still going on at one object. There are 2 programs in the Healthcare industry. Repair of 23 objects is planned. The program of an overhaul of social service buildings includes 37 objects. Most of the program has been completed - work is underway at 5 sites. One program remained in the work - this is the modernization of sewerage systems. It includes 27 objects, on 21 of which work has been completed, on 6 objects are undergoing work in accordance with the schedule.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Republican Interdepartmental Commission on ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the provision of housing and communal services with the participation of the heads of the republic's municipalities. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin. Starting the meeting, Rustam Nigmatullin noted that today in the field of housing and communal services there are both systemic issues that are under the constant control of the Government of the republic, and issues that need to be addressed at the federal level. This year, it is planned to overhaul 1,066 apartment buildings with a total area of 6.4 million square meters. The program also provides for the replacement of 378 elevators in 138 houses.

The health care institution acquired a new look thanks to the presidential overhaul program. For repairs, 62 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget. The same funds were used to purchase furniture and improve the area adjacent to the infectious disease ward.
