The sports facility was built within the framework of the republican program. On the opening day, many good wishes were voiced to the leadership of the region and the republic. Recall that since 2013, with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, a project has been implemented to build universal sports grounds in all municipalities. In the period from 2013 to 2020, 1,119 universal sports grounds were built in the republic, including 92 such facilities in 2020.
A preschool educational institution for 220 children in the city Naberezhnye Chelny, ZYAB settlement, microdistrict 19, received the conclusion of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipment of the facility capital construction metering devices used energy resources. The construction of the facility was carried out within the framework of the Demography national project. In Tatarstan, a lot of attention is paid to providing children with places in kindergartens. Thanks to the support of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the republic from 2010 to 2019, 239 kindergartens were built for 37,585 children. According to Aleksey Frolov, the available mineral resource base of the republic allows producing a wide range of building materials, among which materials produced on the basis of products of the enterprises of the chemical and petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan occupy a worthy place. “High rates of construction should be ensured by the corresponding growth of the building materials industry,” - he said. Since 2010, about 50 chemical and petrochemical industries have been commissioned in the republic, focused on the production of construction products or products that are raw materials for the production of building materials and products. The development of the production of high-tech building materials takes place in the context of the modernization and reconstruction of existing enterprises, as well as the construction of new ones. From 2010 to August 2020, 151 enterprises of the building materials industry were commissioned and modernized on the territory of the republic. Alexey Frolov expressed confidence that joint work with manufacturers, designers and builders will help to improve the quality, durability and reliability of buildings, structures and other infrastructure facilities under construction.
The Federal Commission of the IV All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment summed up its results. Within the framework of the competition in 2021-2022, 160 projects will be implemented at once, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting. Among the winners are projects in Mendeleevsk, Tetyushi, Menzelinsk, Bugulma, Buinsk, Aznakaevo, Nurlat, Mamadysh. “The competition has been held for several years already. At least 80 winners were selected annually. This time, the government expanded the opportunities for participation in the competition for projects to create a comfortable urban environment. A special commission will select already 160 winners. The corresponding decree was signed. The main thing is that all the projects presented make small towns and historical settlements more convenient for people,” - Mikhail Mishustin said. The meeting of the federal commission, which summed up the results of the IV All-Russian competition, took place at the end of August. In total, 301 applications from 76 subjects were submitted for participation in the fourth competition. Of these, 160 projects became winners, thanks to a new government decree. The demand for our graduates remains one of the highest, taking into account modern realities,” - he said. At the end of the event, the minister expressed special gratitude to the teaching staff of KSUAE, and wished all employees, students an interesting and eventful academic year. The first polylingual educational complex "Adymnar - the path to knowledge and harmony" with an in-depth study of Russian, Tatar and English languages was opened in Kazan. The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov sent his greetings on the occasion of the opening of the new training center. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the building of the new educational organization has multifunctional gyms, swimming pools, creative workshops, scientific laboratories, a video and sound recording studio, and a modern library. “All this will allow you, dear children, to touch the wonderful world of science, art, culture and sport, in which you will be accompanied by your teachers-mentors,” - he stressed. The new educational organization was created on the basis of the Kazan school No. 165. The complex includes three schools: a reconstructed primary school for 480 places, a new bilingual one on Bichurin Street for 800 places and a new multilingual one on Bondarenko Street for 1224 places. The latter will include a boarding school for 240 children for nonresident children. In addition, the complex will include kindergartens and a year-round center for additional education for 270 places, which will be organized on the basis of the children's camp "Plamya". Six polylingual educational complexes will be opened in Tatarstan by 2024. Two of them will operate in Kazan, one each in Yelabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk. Along with schools, the complexes will include kindergartens and centers for additional education. In the future, it is planned to integrate multilingual schools into the international system of UNESCO associated schools.
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new Avangard square in the Privolzskyi region of Kazan. He was accompanied by the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. In the new public space, the necessary conditions were provided for each age group of residents. The territory has functional areas for recreation, sports, various creative events and children's playgrounds. The construction of the new building started in 2018. In addition to universal classrooms, there are creative workshops, scientific laboratories, a video and sound recording studio, a modern library, a swimming pool, and a gym in the school.
Minnikhanov thanked everyone who took part in the construction of the educational building. “It was a very difficult project to fit such a building into the historical centre of the city. As a result, a very beautiful modern building appeared,” he noted.
Tatarstan President stressed that the development of the education system is one of the priority areas. “We want young Tatarstan citizens to receive the best education. The republic must be competitive. The availability of a modern international school contributes to this. I want to congratulate all the children on the start of the school year,” he added.
Then Minnikhanov and Fayzullin looked around the classrooms of the new building, visited the gym and laboratories.
