This was stated by Irek Fayzullin, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium (Headquarters) of the Government Commission for Regional Development in the Russian Federation - First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, at the opening of "Expertise of the Future - 3.0" on 28 August. The deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia stressed that the educational course should help to achieve strategic goals and solve the problems of the entire construction complex. For the first time, representatives of regional state expert organizations took part in the third stream of the project. According to the results of the qualifying round in the "Expertise of the Future 3.0" teams of 10 state examinations will be trained - Krasnoyarsk, Primorsky Krai, Chuvash Republic and the Republic of Karelia, Novgorod, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Samara and Kaliningrad regions, Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. More than a hundred people will work on joint projects aimed at developing the institute of expertise and the entire construction industry of the country in the next three months. The curators of the projects will be both heads of state expertise and graduates of the previous stages of the “Expertise of the Future”.
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov opened a new school - a multidisciplinary lyceum named after Hero of the Soviet Union Galimzan Kamaleev. The school was built in the "Tsarevo Village" residential complex of the Pestrechinsky municipal district and is designed for 1224 students. The educational institution was built within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment". “We have not built schools of this level in rural areas yet, - Rustam Minnikhanov said, speaking at the opening of the facility. - This is an exemplary project. It is doubly pleasant that there is a kindergarten nearby, there is a complex housing development.” The school building is divided into four blocks. In addition to classrooms, the primary school block has game rooms for after-school groups and two sleeping rooms. The library is located on the second and third floors of the building. It includes a closed storage fund and two reading rooms, a digital information center, and an open storage fund. In addition, there is an elevator for children with disabilities in the three-story school building.
The new Lyceum is located on the street Polyuschenkova, 28 B and is designed for 800 seats. The school space is divided into several functional areas. The block of primary classes is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, separated from the rest of the classes. The sports area is equipped with access to the school grounds, with changing rooms, showers, toilets. The Lyceum has a dining room for students and teachers with 400 seats with kitchen facilities and a cafe for students on the 1st floor. The assembly hall is located on the 2nd floor, designed for 266 seats with the necessary premises (artistic, wardrobe, storage room for musical instruments), equipped with modern lighting, sound and multimedia equipment. The library is located on the 3rd floor.
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the courtyard of an apartment building in Kazan (Yamasheva Avenue, 82), where a skate playground appeared, which immediately became the object of attention of a large number of children on scooters and skateboards, benches were installed, and a play area for kids was equipped. On the new stage, which also appeared here as part of the improvement, a literary and musical program was organized for local residents, and Tatarstan artists also performed. Master classes and an entertainment program were prepared for children and guests of the holiday. On the playground, teenagers can play volleyball and basketball.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin visited the renovated youth center "Yuldash" in the Kazan village Yudino. The center will house mountain tourism zones, a climbing wall, a shooting range, a universal hall and a coworking space. Everyone will find something to their liking, whether it be mountaineering, trial cycling, workout, crossfit, boxing, judo, choreography or break dance. The planned coverage is 350 people per month.
Today in Kazan, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, which moved to the capital renovated building of the National Cultural Center. The functional of the building of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan represents a single cultural space. Exhibition spaces, coworking spaces and public spaces have been organized. Also, there have been created conditions for the storage and restoration of rare and ancient book funds. In addition, an exhibition of old books, manuscripts and photographs, reading rooms, an observation deck was shown to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The new extreme park "Uram" was visited today in Kazan by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin. Extreme Park "Uram" today is the largest extreme park in Russia, it was built on the Kazanka embankment, not far from the Millennium Bridge. Construction work began in January 2020. Interdisciplinary synergy has created a space that meets all the needs of athletes. The first stage of the extreme park is an open part with an area of about 20 thousand square meters, divided into several zones. Rustam Minnikhanov and Marat Khusnullin inspected the playgrounds and talked to the athletes.

Century after century, our peoples have learned from each other, learned to coexist peacefully. Now, looking back from the height of the past years, one can proudly say that Tatarstan has become a common home. And such solidarity is our strength, a solid foundation for a great future. Today in the Kazan village Yudino, after a major overhaul, the opening of the Palace of Culture of Railwaymen took place. In addition to the main concert hall with 480 seats, two multifunctional halls have been created. During the reconstruction, special attention was paid to the railway museum, which combines historical artifacts related to the village and the development of the railway business. In parallel with the overhaul of the palace of culture, work was underway on the square in front of the recreation center. The fountain has been restored, small architectural forms have been installed, lighting has been updated, the territory has been landscaped with greenery.
