The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed issues of ensuring the rights of citizens in the provision of housing and communal services

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting of the Republican Interdepartmental Commission on ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the provision of housing and communal services with the participation of the heads of the republic's municipalities. The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin. Starting the meeting, Rustam Nigmatullin noted that today in the field of housing and communal services there are both systemic issues that are under the constant control of the Government of the republic, and issues that need to be addressed at the federal level. Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the programs being implemented, the preparation and start-up of heat, as well as the normative regulation of the housing and utilities sector. According to Alexei Frolov, as of November 12, the actual completion of work on the overhaul of the common property of apartment buildings is 99.5%. This year, it is planned to overhaul 1,066 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​6.4 million square meters. The program also provides for the replacement of 378 elevators in 138 houses.
