Opening the meeting, Marat Khusnullin recalled that at the last meeting of the Presidium of the State Council, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the importance of housing for the development of the country and stressed that at least 5 million families should improve their living conditions annually, and the volume of housing construction should be up to 120 million sq. m per year. Marat Khusnullin reminded the meeting participants about the current measures to support and develop the construction industry. This is compensation by the state of the interest rate for contractor companies that take out a loan from banks under a state contract for construction this year (subject to the limits being brought up next year). This support measure is valid both in the construction of civilian facilities and in road construction.

In the village Tyugeevka, Zainsky district took place the opening of a rural House of Culture. The cultural object became the ninth in the region, built according to the republican program. For many years, the building of the House of Culture was located in an unsightly room, and this year a new building was built. The villagers have been waiting for this joyful event for a long time. The building of the cultural center also houses a library and a concert hall with 50 seats. At the opening, local amateur artists presented their best performances.
Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the project for the further development of the city of Innopolis, including the future construction of housing, office and production facilities, retail and entertainment infrastructure. The presentation took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin and others took part in the work. The development plan for the science city was prepared by the specialists of the architectural bureau "T + T". Rustam Minnikhanov was presented projects of new residential quarters, including medium-rise rental houses, individual economy and comfort class houses. In parallel with housing, it is proposed to build offices, research and production centers. This category is represented by a multifunctional complex and an office and production cluster. The architects also proposed to increase the area of retail premises and entertainment areas. In particular, the presented project involves the creation of an outlet village on the territory of Innopolis.
Today the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin introduced the new head to the staff of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Aizatullin Marat Mansurovich became the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. On October 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev visited Kazan’s first polylingual educational complex “Adymnar”.
The Adymnar project is intended to become a model of a modern school that provides competitive education in Russian, Tatar and English in accordance with the state educational standards of the Russian Federation and the tasks set in the Education national project.
It is planned to establish a network of such complexes in the republic. By 2024, there will be six of them, including two shools in Kazan and one each in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Elabuga and Almetyevsk. On September 1 this year, polylingual schools in Kazan and Elabuga opened their doors.
The educational complex in Kazan consists of several buildings. Minnikhanov and Shaimiev looked around the polylingual school on Bondarenko street. They visited transformable multifunctional classrooms, design laboratories and workshops, a dining room, a gym, a swimming pool, rooms for children's creativity and modern technology workshops. Also, a specially built boarding school was opened at the school, in which children from 7 nearby districts are living.
Then Tatarstan President and State Counsellor of Tatarstan visited the educational building on Bichurin street, where they had a meeting with teachers of the educational complex and industry old stagers. Minnikhanov congratulated teachers on their professional holiday. He noted that the teaching profession is the real vocation that requires a lot of work and patience from a person.
Minnikhanov appreciated the conditions created for students and teachers in the new educational complex "Adymnar". At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that teachers are the most important thing in every school. “We can build any school in a year. But sometimes it may take decades to find the right staff,” Tatarstan President stressed.
Shaimiev supported Tatarstan President, noting that a teacher is one of the oldest and most respected professions on earth. “I believe that the word “Teacher” should always be written with a capital letter,” he added.
Addressing the old stagers, Minnikhanov urged them to help young specialists, share their experience with them. "You, as senior comrades, should help, be mentors."
In conclusion, Minnikhanov reminded about the need to comply with the rules for the prevention of coronavirus infection in schools and use personal protective equipment.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of major overhaul repairing of apartment buildings, work was performed in the amount of 5 billion 407 million rubles, which is 85.09%. Such data were announced today at the republican meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov, within the framework of the program of overhaul repairing of educational facilities, work has been completed in general educational organizations, correctional schools, functional zones in secondary schools. Work continues on the overhaul of preschool institutions, out of 87 kindergartens work remains to be completed at 8 objects in 4 municipalities. According to the program of an overhaul repairing of warm toilets out of 286 objects, as of October 1, the situation is as follows. For 218 educational organizations, work is underway at 52 facilities, 117 facilities have been completed. For 57 preschool educational organizations, work is underway at 3 facilities, 31 facilities have been completed. For 11 organizations of additional education, work at 3 objects has been completed. As of October 1, overhaul works in 8 resource centers have been completed in the republic, work is underway at 9 objects. The overhaul of educational buildings and hostels has been completed at 1 facility, work is still underway at 2 facilities. The overhaul of 12 teenage clubs has been completed, work continues at 4 more facilities.
The solemn ceremony took place in the Representative building of the Kazan Kremlin. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the winners and awardees. The national final of WorldSkills Russia - 2020 became the largest championship in the history of not only Russian, but also the world movement WorldSkills, bringing together more than 3 thousand participants. Among them, there are about 1,000 juniors, as well as foreign competitors. The expert community was represented by over 700 people. Recall that the championship was held from 6 to 21 September across the country in a distance-in-person format. 205 young talents from the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the competitions in 158 competencies and won 38 gold, 25 silver, 39 bronze medals and 29 medallions for professionalism. Farit Khanifov thanked the winners and all the participants of the championship for their colossal work, great efforts and a real demonstration of character. “Your successes are worth a lot,” - stressed the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The minister expressed separate words of gratitude to mentors and teachers, as well as parents for their understanding and support of their children. It is gratifying to note that the contestants of the building block brought 4 gold, 3 silver, 10 bronze and 7 medallions for professionalism to the collection of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan.
