On January 11, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic,  Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported on the work of the construction industry in the region and said that as many as 50 social programmes will be implemented in Tatarstan in 2020.

Four programmes are aimed at ensuring the commissioning of housing in the republic, namely, social mortgage programme, multi-apartment housing, individual housing construction and construction of rental housing.

As many as 2,675,500 square meters of housing were commissioned in Tatarstan in 2019.

Today, under Housing and Urban Environment national project, Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities together with municipalities of the republic are establishing a housing construction programme for 2020, envisaging construction of 2,979,000 square meters of housing, which is 304,000 square meters more than in 2019.

Under the investment programme of Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic, it is planned to commission 77 houses with the total area of 205,000 square meters in 2020.

In 2020, multi-apartment investment housing is mainly, namely 65 per cent, built, according to the old rules with the Decree of Russian Government №480 (with the attraction of shareholders’ funds).

As of January 10 of the current year, as many as 60 developers are constructing 126 multi-apartment houses with the total area of ​​1,283,400 square meters. As many as 35 houses, which makes 70-100 per cent, are in a high degree of readiness; 59 houses - in an average degree of readiness; 32 houses - in a low degree of readiness.

The republic annually commissions about one million square meters of individual housing.

In total, in 2020 it is planned to accommodate 721 families at the total cost of 1 billion 189.2 million roubles, including 600 orphans and children left without parental care, 46 large families with 5 or more children (including 2 families with 10 children), 47 young families, 28 citizens from among the internally displaced persons, immigrants from the Far North and Chernobyl residents.

It is planned to overhaul 788 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 4.5 million square meters under the capital repair programme in 2020.

The Ministry will monitor 128 facilities under six national projects. Currently, all agreements are concluded.

Faizullin also said that under federal law, the waiting time for issuing building permits has been reduced.

In the new year, four buildings of feldsher-obstetric centers will be erected at once in the framework of the national project in the Alkeevsky district of Tatarstan. And the buildings of medical posts in the villages of Stariye Mataki, Boriskino and Tatarskoe Burnaevo will be built at the expense of federal funds. The building was completed by the contractor LLC "StroyGrad" Company, which completed construction and installation work within two months. In total, 20 million rubles were spent on the completion of a residential building in Zelenodolsk.

On 27th of December 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan confirmed the readiness of a house at the intersection of Chistopolskaya and Amirkhan streets, quarter 68, with a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction object’s design documentation requirements, including energy efficiency requirements and equipment requirements for capital construction metering devices, energy resources used. The total area of ​​the object is 28524 sq.m., in a 26-storey building 320 apartments are ready for occupation. The apartment building is located at the intersection of Chistopolskaya and Amirkhan streets, quarter 68, Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan. Recall that this house belonged to the category of “problem” shared construction objects.

The national project “Housing and urban environment” in the Republic of Tatarstan has set a key indicator of housing commissioning for 2019 in the amount of 2 million 675 thousand square meters. To date, 2 million 641.5 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which is 98.7% of the plan. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin. “We are almost completing work on the commissioning of housing, there are still 33.5 thousand square meters. All objects are known and are in the process of obtaining a conclusion on compliance. All our commitments will be fulfilled. Let me remind you that in 2020 we have plans to introduce 2 million 979 thousand square meters of housing,”- Irek Fayzullin said.

Today at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, a regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. During the meeting were approved  three investment projects: "Karboform", "ASL Holding", "Eco Pak" and the expansion of the production of existing residents, "Kastamonu Integrated Wood Industry" and "Ford Sollers Elabuga". Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the special zone is developing dynamically. This year, 5 new companies were attracted, 3 companies opened their production. “In total, 57 resident companies are currently registered in the SEZ “Alabuga” of which 33 are already operating. 6 thousand 862 workplaces were created. The amount of disbursed funds is 132 billion rubles,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized. Next, a presentation was held by company representatives. The project of the Carboform company involves the construction of a plant for the production of synthetic resins, as well as urea-formaldehyde concentrate and formalin. The total investment in the project will amount to 1.3 billion rubles. 100 job places will be created.
