The regional operator of Kazan, the management company HCSE (part of the RT-Invest group of companies), in 2019 equipped the municipalities of the city with 500 containers for separate collection of municipal solid waste. The company's plans for 2020 include a threefold increase in installed tanks and equipment of sites with already 2000 containers. In 2019, 15 new container sites appeared on the streets of Chuikov, Lavrentiev, Gavrilov. By the end of the year, 70 new waste collection points will also appear in Kazan. In 2020, separate collection sites will be equipped in another 351 Kazan courtyards. Recall that the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kazan developed and approved 8 types of container sites for the separate accumulation of municipal solid waste. Venues can be both open and indoor. Different garbage trucks pick up waste from them for subsequent sorting and selection of all useful fractions.

On the eve, the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin inspected the new building of the clinic on Yablochkova Street in the Butyrsky district (Moscow). The building was designed by State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”. During the inspection, Sergei Sobyanin noted that the decision to build a new children's and adult clinic, which is designed for 750 visits per shift, is associated with a high load of the former one. He added that the new clinic was built in record time. The clinic will be able to accept the first patients at the beginning of next year. A seven-story building with an area of ​​10.4 thousand square meters was built according to an individual project on the site of abandoned garages. The offices of the most frequently visited specialists, as well as blood sampling and analysis points, will be located on the lower floors, and the offices of the less visited doctors and administration on the upper floors. The clinic will employ 200 people. In the children's department, doctors of the most popular specialties will work: pediatricians, otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist, pediatric surgeon, orthopedic trauma surgeon.

Today in Kazan, the ceremonial opening after the overhaul of MBIC "Saydash Cultural Center" took place. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the "Saydash Cultural Center" (N. Ershov St., 57a). Upon arrival, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the overhaul carried out in the building as well as the construction and finishing materials used in the repair. So, on the 1st floor there is a cafe, coworking (creative laboratory of architects), a library. On the second floor, there is a chamber hall and a music salon, an office of fine and decorative arts, a multifunctional hall, an exhibition hall, and a dance hall. Recall that the building was built in 1971. Overhaul has been carried out since 2018. Customer - State Public Institution “Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan”, general contractor - "Vostok-S" LLC. The CC  "Saydash" has over 110 employees, including creative and managerial staff. Today there are 36 club formations, 10 of them for children under 14 years old. The directions of club formations are theatrical, choreographic, vocal and musical, as well as visual arts and crafts, amateur folk art, amateur club associations, and creativity of people of the third age (55+). Rustam Minnikhanov praised CC "Saydash" and its club formations.

  In the special economic zone "Alabuga" under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Yu.L. Alyashev was held a weekly meeting to consider the organization of construction work at the engineering and industrial infrastructure of the special economic zone with the participation of the Customer JSC "SEZ PPT Alabuga", LLC "Alabuga Development", PJSC "Kamgesenergostroy" and contracting organizations. During the meeting, the Customer reported on the pace of construction of the facilities of the Industrial and Technological Park "Synergy". Building 3 to dispose of a modern plant for the production of "PAN precursor ", as well as "Industrial and Technological Park "Synergy". Building 4.1, Building 4.2". To date, work on the sealing of both buildings of IP "Synergy 4" has been completed, heat has been supplied to the buildings. Work on the installation of floors, as well as the device of internal engineering networks: ventilation, fire extinguishing systems, automation has been completed. At the facility “IP Synergy” Building 3 to dispose of a modern plant for the production of a PAN precursor, work is also being completed on sealing the buildings, heat has been supplied to individual buildings.

Applications for financial assistance are being prepared by the Bugulminsky and Yelabuga regions. Tatarstan is preparing a series of applications for funding to improve heat and water supply systems in the Bugulma and Elabuga regions. They plan to receive money from the State Corporation "Fund for Assistance to the Reform of Housing and Public Utilities", the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin said at a meeting in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. “RT is preparing three applications for financial support from the Housing and Utilities Fund for the modernization of communal infrastructure systems in two municipalities worth more than 1 billion rubles,” - the minister said. The Bugulminsky district is preparing one application for the modernization of communal infrastructure for heat supply, it is planned to submit it by December 24, and the Yelabuga region is engaged in two applications that relate to improving water supply and sanitation systems.

Today in the microdistrict "Yashlek" village Kuyuki of the Pestrechinsky district new residents of apartment buildings No. 1 and 4 solemnly received the keys of apartments. Another 54 families ceased to be “deceived equity holders” and became happy owners of their apartments. Two weeks earlier, on the of 4th December, the newcomers of two more 27-apartment buildings received the long-awaited keys. All four houses were included in the Schedule (“Road Map”) to implement measures to solve the problems of citizens included in the register of citizens whose funds were raised for the construction of apartment buildings and whose rights were violated in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Republic of Tatarstan fulfilled its obligations to citizens. The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion on compliance of two houses in the Salavat Cooper microdistrict - No. 3-2, No. 4-7.

The next meeting of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the issue "On the development of the housing market and the formation of a comfortable urban environment" was held today in Moscow by the head of the working group - President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Today at the meeting, the whole question of the execution of all the instructions given by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in February was considered. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Recall that the main goal is to improve the living conditions of at least 5 million families annually and increase the volume of housing by 2024 to the level of 120 million square meters.
