The All-Russian meeting was held by Ruslan Gubaidullin, Executive Director of the "Clean Country", an association of organizations, operators and specialists in waste management. The Tatarstan regional operator in the eastern zone was invited to share experience in ensuring payment discipline of consumers. A report was made by the general LLC "Grinta" Svetlana Yarlychenko. “In Tatarstan, in general, work has been started on the collection of payments for utilities,” - she said. - In percentage terms, this is 98.3%. For 9 months, our collection from the population for services for the treatment of MSW amounted to 92.2%.” Grinta LLC serves 23 municipalities of Tatarstan, including the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, with population 1 mln. 923 thousand people and 743 thousand tons of waste per year. The meeting also examined the legal regulation of the industry and the creation of a legal framework for the activities of regional operators, targets for waste management by 2024, the experience of Moscow, Lipetsk, Kirov, Ivanovo, Bryansk regions.

Today, residents of the Apastovsky district were able to apply for free legal assistance.

During the meeting, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, reported on the progress in implementing housing programs and developing a comfortable urban environment. He said that as part of measures to protect labor in construction, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has conducted 1 thousand 407 inspections since the beginning of 2019. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 349 decisions were issued for a total amount of 15 million 64 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 1 thousand 180 organizations - members of SROs. Under the multi-unit investment housing program, all 19 facilities under construction are in a high degree of readiness. In terms of individual housing construction, 8 thousand 22 objects with an area of ​​1 million 42 thousand square meters were commissioned.

Two more problematic houses, No. 1 and No. 4 of the "Yashlek" residential complex in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky district, received permission to the commission. The ceremonial settlement is scheduled for the 18th of December.

In the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" Kazan built another kindergarten, designed for 220 children. Today on the 12th of December, 2019, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a conclusion on the compliance of this object with design documentation. Kindergarten is located in the 11th quarter of the Salavat Cooper residential complex of the Kirov district of Kazan. The total area of ​​the 2-storey building is 4686.6 sq.m. The kindergarten has facilities for younger, middle and senior groups for children from one and a half to seven years. For each group there is a games room, a bedroom, a dressing room, a buffet and a toilet. In addition, the preschool institution has music and sports facilities, facilities for holding hobby groups and a medical unit. There is an elevator for transporting fire departments and people with limited mobility.

The deputy head of the department, Ilshat Gimaev, summed up the preliminary results on the construction of the medical and obstetrical stations, schools, kindergartens and rural clubs in the republic. Programs of construction projects in Tatarstan have been implemented on average by 95% and will be fully implemented by the end of 2019. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. “In fact, these programs are daily monitored by the President of Tatarstan. Of the 40 programs, all programs are in a high degree of readiness at the completion stage. The average percentage of their readiness is 95-96%. Over the past three weeks, the programs will be adequately completed and put into operation,” -Gimaev said. For example, in 2019, 55 health facilities, 21 rural clubs, 105 sports fields and 8 modular ski resorts, 30 kindergartens and 16 schools will be built in Tatarstan.

The second phase of the reconstruction of the zoo will begin in the first quarter of 2020. Next week will be signed the permission to put into operation a new part of the Kazan Zoo Zambezi River, after which it is expected to open to visitors by the end of December. This was announced at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev. “Today, the decision on commissioning is already being finalized, which we expect next week, and I think that with the receipt of the decision, the director of the zoo will announce the date of the official opening of this zoo,” - the speaker said. He added that after the opening, the second phase of reconstruction will begin, which will be implemented in the first quarter of 2020.
