A series of meetings with representatives of large developers was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meetings were attended by First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin, Acting Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov, as well as heads of municipalities of the republic. The meeting discussed the implementation of the task of increasing the volume of housing commissioning, as indicated in national projects. Recall that Tatarstan by 2024 should increase the annual plan for the commissioning of housing to 3.6 million square meters. The builders told the President of Tatarstan about their plans for the next 5 years, and also voiced initiatives to resolve issues related to the transition to project financing. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the proposals of developers will be considered at the federal level in the framework of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation on housing development, headed by the President of Tatarstan.
