In the capital of Tatarstan, put into commission the third unfinished building this year. Construction and installation works were completed in the house for 108 apartments of the "Molodezhny" residential complex. The construction of the house was started by GC "Fon" in 2014, however, due to financial difficulties the company encountered, construction was stopped in 2015. To complete the work last year, a new developer, LLC "AkTash-Invest", was involved. “Today, 100 families have visited this 108-apartment building. In the future, we will actively continue this work and hope for changes in the legislation, namely the introduction of escrow accounts and tight control of shared construction by banks, which will allow us to avoid such problems in the future,” - Nigmatullin emphasized. He added that during the three years of the executive committee of the city and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, 18 houses were commissioned in the republic, 16 of which in Kazan. The house has 108 apartments, 20 floors (plus one underground), there are built-in non-residential premises (office area 590 sq. meters). The base building condition of apartments is finished. Underground parking for 69 places allows freeing the local area. The total area of ​​the house is 6.7 thousand square meters.  The area of ​​residential premises is 5.7 square meters, the residential complex consists of 5 houses.

In the Republic of Tatarstan work on the overhaul program for multi-family residential buildings in 2019 was finished. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. Irek Fayzullin indicated the municipalities that have not completed work on overhaul repairing. Among them is Kazan city. In addition, were named municipalities that did not pass and submitted acts of commissioning of facilities after the overhaul of apartment buildings. Overhaul of preschool institutions on 5 of December was completed at 104 out of 112 facilities. Work continues at 8 facilities. As for 5 of December, in the republic, an overhaul of resource centers was completed at 14 out of 15 facilities. Work is being carried out at the 1st facility. Overhaul of children's recreation camps was completed at 9 out of 12 facilities. Work on the remaining three facilities is ongoing. Overhaul of cultural facilities was completed in the republic at 39 facilities, it remains to complete work on another facility of the 2019 program. Irek Fayzullin also reported on the progress of the implementation of the program “Our yard”.

The start of the construction of the indoor football and rugby arena in Kazan (Chuikova St.) was given today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. In the videoconferencing mode, the foundation was laid for the construction of indoor arenas in Kazan (Tankovaya St.), in Nizhnekamsk (Tukaya St.) and in Naberezhnye Chelny (St. 40 Let Pobedy). The extension built to the building of the specialized Olympiad Scientific Center (boarding school) “Solntse” in the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan was examined today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. For six months, a 5-story building (including a basement) with an area of ​​2.5 thousand square meters was erected. On the ground floor placed a lobby, a hall, a dining room with 84 seats, a kitchen, bathrooms and a first-aid post. On the second and third floors of the extension,  placed audiences, laboratory and office premises. On the fourth floor placed a terrace, a room for music lessons. A wardrobe and technical rooms are located on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment and furniture. With the construction of the new block, the issue of the lack of classes and overall school space was resolved. For all work from the republican budget allocated 174 million rubles.

Kazan Zoo received a conclusion on compliance. The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan confirms that the reconstruction of the capital construction project “Reconstruction of the Zoo in Kazan 1st Stage” meets the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation.

During the meeting, the participants were presented with a project on the implementation of the Construction Assistance Portal for residents of Tatarstan. The implementation of the Construction Assistance Portal will allow the developer in one place and in an understandable form to see the entire life cycle of construction - from filing a notice of the start of construction to registering ownership of the constructed object. The developer will be able to submit all the necessary documents in electronic form and track the status of their consideration and approval. Following the meeting, a roadmap was signed to create an information resource to facilitate the construction and monitoring of the life cycle of construction sites located in the Republic of Tatarstan. Signatures on the cooperation document were signed by the head of the FAI "Glavgosexpertiza" of Russia Igor Manylov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Khayrullin.

Overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan is almost 99% complete. This was announced at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform" by the head of the Department of operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Gallyamov. “To date, about 99% of the total overhaul of multi-apartment buildings has been completed. The work was completed at 930 sites, another 5 sites are at the completion stage,” - said the speaker. He added that in 2019, the implementation of the short-term plan should ensure safe and favorable living conditions for more than 200 thousand citizens in 935 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.5 million square meters. The funding for the program amounted to more than 5 billion rubles. During the implementation of the program in the Republic of Tatarstan from 2008 to 2018, 15 thousand 683 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​79.7 million square meters were repaired, and the number of residents of the houses in which the overhaul was carried out is 3 million 498 thousand people.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, in the field of labor protection in construction, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision has carried out 1 thousand 371 inspections since the beginning of 2019. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 333 decisions were issued for a total amount of 14 million 194 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 1 thousand 170 organizations - members of SROs. Irek Fayzullin also said that in the republic in the period from January to November 2019 there were 16 accidents, including 14 with a  severe outcome, 2 with a fatal outcome (21 accidents occurred in the same period of 2018, including 14 are severe, 7 are fatal outcome). The head of the Ministry of Construction of the RT reported that on the 29th of November, 2019, 2 million square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, which is 97% by the corresponding period of the last year. During the meeting, Irek Fayzullin reported on how the “Our Yard” program is going on in the region. So, seven types of work are planned: repair of roads, repair of sidewalks, installation of outdoor lighting, installation of benches and ballot boxes, installation of MSW sites, installation of children's equipment coated with sand and gravel, partial landscaping. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan once again emphasized that in the republic all the yards of multi-apartment residential buildings included in the “Our Yard” program will be put in order. He instructed to monitor the quality of the work carried out as part of the “Our Yard” program.
