The results of the inspection activities of Chistopol ZHI for 2019

In 2019, in the framework of the scheduled, unscheduled inspections and inspection surveys conducted in the Aksubaevsky, Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky and Chistopolsky districts, 496 houses with a total area of ​​2046.62 thousand square meters were examined. Based on the results of the surveys, 787 violations were revealed, 474 orders were issued to eliminate them, 61 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up, fines were imposed for a total amount of 325,900 rubles, of which 235,000 rubles were paid. As part of the monitoring of the sanitary condition of the house territories and the improvement of the housing stock of Chistopol ZHI, in 2019 the house territory of 294 apartment buildings was examined, 3 orders and 13 warnings were issued to eliminate the violations that were fulfilled on time.
