The second house of the "Green" residential complex was put into operation ahead of schedule

On the 30th of January at the Riviera Сomplex held a meeting of interest holders of the second house (4012) of the "Green" residential complex, built at the following address: Kazan, st. Architect Gainutdinova, 22. The house was prematurely commissioned on the 30th of December, 2019. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, First Deputy Head of the Moscow Administration "Administration of the Sovetsky District of Kazan" Andrei Yakovlev, head of YIT in the RT Vladimir Sorokin. New residents were congratulated on the early commission of the house and reported on how the keys and the registration of property rights will be transferred to them. The 17-storey building has 170 apartments with varied and comfortable layouts. Apartments - from 1- to 3-room, with both classic and modern European planning. All apartments have glazed balconies. The house is equipped with a lift for people with disabilities. Monolithic technologies are applied in the implementation of the basic elements of the building, including the supporting frame, elevator shafts and floor slabs.
