On the results of the work of the Nizhnekamsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate in 2019 on considering citizens' appeals

For 12 months of 2019, NZHI received 957 requests from residents of Zainsky, Nizhnekamsk and Novosheshminsky municipal districts on 982 issues of maintaining and repairing the housing stock, the quality of housing and communal services. For the same period in 2018, NZHI received 974 appeals. Compared to 2018, the number of calls has practically remained at the same level, decreased by only 2%. 361 appeals were sent directly to the NZHI, 491 appeals were sent through the State Housing Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
