To date, 264 thousand square meters of housing, or 9% of the plan, have been commissioned in Tatarstan

This was announced today by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov, at a Republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. Alexey Frolov reported that under the social mortgage program in 2020 it is planned to put into operation 130 houses for 4 thousand 970 apartments with a total area of ​​273.6 thousand square meters. As of the 6th of February, about 10 houses for 108 apartments with an area of ​​5 thousand square meters were reported to the statistical authorities. For the remaining 120 objects of the 2020 investment program, the degree of readiness is as follows: 12 objects are in a high degree of readiness, 61 objects are in an average degree, 47 objects are in a low degree. Regarding individual housing construction, in 2020 it is planned to build and commission 10 thousand 680 houses with an area of ​​1 million 388 thousand square meters.  On the 6th of February, 902 individual residential buildings with an area of ​​117 thousand square meters were commissioned. Alexey Frolov added that this year it is planned to renovate 788 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​4.5 million square meters. The program involves 40 municipalities (except Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaybitsky districts).
