In Kukmor, the opening of a co-mortgage house took place

In Kukmor, a solemn settlement of the co-mortgage house was held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov also attended the ceremony of settling the 21-apartment building, which was built as part of the implementation of state housing programs. As part of the program to provide housing for large families, spouses and their children received two two-room apartments with a total area of ​​96.2 square meters in the new building for free. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan acted as an investor-developer of a residential building in Kukmor. In the three-story new building with individual heating, there is one entrance, the total living area of ​​the apartments is 821.6 square meters. All apartments are finished, equipped with the necessary equipment and sensors. The new building was erected under the republican program of social mortgage, which is a support of the national project "Housing and urban environment", initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
