The parties noted that the interaction between the company and the Republic of Tatarstan is actively developing. The regional government has a great interest in creating modern public spaces. “We are ready to assist the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and regional developers in solving these problems. Our programs aimed at reducing the cost of mortgages, the widespread introduction of project financing mechanisms, the creation of housing construction cooperatives with state support contribute to the development of the affordable housing market. DOM.RF is also ready to offer the region successful practices in creating a modern comfortable urban environment,” - said Vitaliy Mutko.

During the meeting, the parties touched upon the acceleration of work on transferring the federal lands to the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the development of territories, including former industrial zones, and the development prospects of the rental housing market in the region. “The meeting was very constructive. We discussed interaction with DOM.RF as part of the implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. An important topic of the meeting was the implementation of joint programs with the company, such as the creation of housing cooperatives with state support, the construction of rental housing and the opportunities that they offer to residents of our region and developers. We plan to create a working group so that in the near future we can begin to implement the planned projects in the Republic of Tatarstan,” - Rustam Nigmatullin emphasized.
