Under the overhaul program, 942 houses are planned to be reconstructed with a total area of ​​5.6 million square meters.  The overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan was completed by more than a quarter. Under the overhaul program, 942 houses are planned for reconstruction. Experts appreciated the progress of repairs in the houses. The main types of work related to the preparation of houses for the heating season: laying of engineering networks, repair of facades and roofing. The main work must be completed before the end of summer. “This year we quickly went to overhaul. We prepared project estimate documentation in advance and accordingly began work on time, we will be able to manage it and complete the overhaul earlier, ” - said the deputy director of the State institution Glavinveststroy RT Airat Abuzyarov. Today, houses for overhaul come from the monitoring program, where management organizations bring all the technical characteristics of a residential house: wear, year of construction, detours of the management company. Based on these characteristics, the houses fall into the overhaul repairing program.

Director of MUE "Housing and Utilities Department" Rinat Manasypov spoke about the implementation of the Republican program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. According to him, over 10 years, 635 apartment buildings were repaired in Bugulminsky district. Of these, 460 in the city and 175 - in the area. In 2019, the overhaul program was formed in the amount of 218.4 million rubles. During the overhaul program, it is planned to repair 47 houses. Of these, 81% are houses located in Bugulma, and 19% are in the area. The overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019 is carried out by three contractors. It is planned to repair the inside-house engineering system of heat supply in 21 houses, repair of the inside-house engineering system of water supply and sewage in - 34. In 37 houses the house-building engineering system of power supply will be repaired. To date, work has been completed in seven houses. Repair of the facade is carried out in 26 houses. It is planned to overhaul the roof in 22 apartment building. Work is underway to restore and rearrange chimneys. To date, work is underway on 38 apartment buildings, which is 80.8%. The works are performed according to the approved schedules, no gaps have been identified, ” - Rinat Manasypov emphasized.

Today, an on-site meeting of an interdepartmental working group on occupational safety in the construction industry was held in Tyulyachi, combined with a meeting of the Coordinating Council on Labor Protection of the  Tyulyachinsky Municipal District. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of the executive committee of the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District, managers, responsible persons for labor protection of construction organizations and enterprises of the construction industry operating in the territory of  Tyulyachinsky district. The meeting addressed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.

The introduction of innovations in the utility sector, the experience of single customer service, the overhaul of apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities — these and other important topics were discussed today by Deputy Minister Ildus Nasyrov and Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region Ekaterina Kharchenko. The event also showed a video about the programs implemented in 2018. Welcoming the delegation, the deputy minister noted the importance of developing bilateral relations. “We are always glad to share the gained useful experience with our colleagues, including those from other regions of Russia - the Kursk region,” - Ildus Nasyrov emphasized.

In the Republic of Tatarstan under the program of overhaul of apartment buildings in 2019, the work was performed by 26.5%. In total, within the framework of the overhaul repairing program, it is planned to repair 942 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Frolov. The meeting was held in the form of videoconference with all municipal districts by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. As part of the overhaul repairing of the buildings (premises) of the youth centers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the strengthening of their material base, work is being carried out at 7 out of 9 facilities. At one site, work has been completed. Overhaul of teen clubs is being carried out at 25 sites. One object was passed. Also, on the 6th of June, 29 out of 34 institutions of social services of the Republic of Tatarstan are working. The overhaul is completed at one facility. The overhaul of children's health camps is carried out at 8 sites out of 12 planned. At the three sites works are completed. On 6th of June, a major overhaul of 7 health facilities is under way with the addition of medical equipment and furniture. Works completed on 2 sites.

On 9th of June at the Tatar national holiday “Sabantuy” in the town of Baltasi, honored builders of the Baltasinsky district were awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan for many years of fruitful work and personal contribution to the development of the construction industry. In 2019, the district budget allocated 455 million rubles from the Republican budget. Within the framework of this budget, work is underway on many republican programs, including housing construction programs, overhaul of educational institutions, apartment buildings, social institutions, buildings of subordinate institutions of the Main Veterinary Administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, buildings of executive committees (councils) of rural settlements, formation of a comfortable urban environment , construction of sports facilities (universal sports halls).

The document prescribes the installation of control systems of gas contamination of the premises. The code of rules came into force on 6 of June  2019. The document regulates all safety requirements in the design and operation of gasified residential buildings, including requirements for premises and placement of gas-powered equipment, requirements for gas-powered equipment, domestic gas pipelines, including pipe joints, requirements for engineering and technical support of premises with gas-powered equipment , requirements for design solutions to ensure fire safety and safe operation of gas-powered equipment. As well as the requirements for the operation of gas consumption networks in residential single-family, blocked houses and apartment buildings.

The results of the transition to a new system for the collection and disposal of municipal solid waste were discussed during the "Government hour". In the Republic, two regional operators are engaged in the collection and recycling of municipal waste: LLC “UK“ PZHKH ”(western zone) and LLC“ Grint ”(eastern zone). Agreements with these operators have been concluded for 10 years. Tariffs for consumers have changed, now the fee is charged per person. The tariff for apartment buildings is 71.95 rubles, for individual residential buildings - 78.05 rubles.

The application indicates information about the developer, gives grounds for applying criteria to it, according to which the degree of readiness of the object is determined, and also provides information on the number of the signed equity participation agreement, the total area of ​​all residential and non-residential premises for which equity participation agreement can be concluded.
