In the Republic of Tatarstan, under the program of overhaul repairing of apartment buildings in 2019, work was performed by 35.6%. In total, within the framework of the overhaul repairing program, it is planned to repair 942 apartment buildings in 42 municipalities. This was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. In his report, Irek Faizullin reported that as of 20th of June, work was underway on the overhaul of 23 buildings (premises) of executive committees (Councils) of settlements in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. In total, the program declared 31 objects. On seven sites works have been completed. As part of the overhaul of the buildings (premises) of the youth centers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the strengthening of their material base, work is being carried out at 8 out of 9 facilities. At one site, work has been completed. The overhaul of teen clubs is being carried out at 21 sites. Five objects have already been handed over. Also on 20th of June, work is underway on 31 of 34 institutions of social services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The overhaul repairing is completed at two sites. Overhaul repairing of 13 premises of municipal archives is planned in the republic. As of 20th of June, work is underway on 10 out of 13 facilities. On the 20th of June, the overhaul repairing of 6 health facilities is being carried out, with medical equipment and furniture being upgraded. On 3 sites works have been completed.

In the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan overhaul repairing of rural clubs was completed. Rural houses of culture in the village of Novye Kakerli and the Starye Chukaly were repaired as part of the implementation of the Republican program for the overhaul repairing of cultural facilities in 2019. During the work on the buildings, the floors, the stage and the internal engineering networks were repaired. Note that in 2019 in Tatarstan it is planned to overhaul 40 buildings of rural clubs. More than 400 million rubles were allocated from the budget of the Republic for these purposes. To date, the implementation of the program is more than 50 percent. Also at the facilities of Alkeevsky, Apastovsky and Kaybitsky municipal districts of Tatarstan, construction and installation works have been fully completed.

A new set of rules SR 419.1325800.2018 “Industrial buildings. Rules for the design of natural and combined lighting”, the norms of which establish requirements for the design and reconstruction of natural and combined lighting of industrial buildings. The application of the norms of the document will provide a safe and comfortable working environment. The rulebook contains methods for calculating the normalized parameters of natural lighting of premises with upper and side lighting systems when placing a building in an open area, as well as taking into account buildings with different layouts of buildings relative to each other.

The meeting discussed issues of cooperation in the management of SMW. During the visit, members of the delegation were provided with information about the potential of the republic, as well as about the implementation of the waste management reform in the region. As noted by the deputy minister, since January of this year, Tatarstan, like other regions of Russia, has switched to a new system of solid municipal waste management. In the Republic, two regional operators were chosen, namely, LLC Management Company "PZHKH" (western zone) and LLC "Grinta" (eastern zone). Agreements with them have been concluded for 10 years. “Every year in Tatarstan 1 million 613 thousand tons or 12 million 443 thousand cubic meters of municipal solid waste are generated. Waste disposal is carried out at landfills included in the state register of waste disposal facilities that have a residual resource of allocated capacity. These landfills were created before the transition of the republic to a new circulation system and will be operated until the residual resource is exhausted - according to the Ministry of Construction, a maximum of 4 to 5 years. A territorially integrated scheme for the storage and processing of SMW was approved.” He also stressed that the country pays special attention to environmental safety issues.

As of 13th of June  1 million 255 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 51.8% of the plan. This was reported today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin at a meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting in the form of video conferencing was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the work. The Minister said that the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision since the beginning of 2019 conducted 574 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 144 resolutions were issued for a total amount of 5 million 635 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 566 organizations - members of SROs. According to the program of multi-unit investment housing, 63 houses are under construction in a high degree of readiness, in an average - 30, in a low degree - 4. In the part of individual housing construction in the republic, 4 thousand 171 objects were put into operation from the planned 7,325 houses. Under the construction program of the buildings of the Soviets (executive committees) of the settlements for 14th of June, work was organized at all 11 sites. The construction of rural clubs is being carried out at 20 out of 21 sites. Under the program for the construction of obstetric points at 1 site out of 45, work has been completed. Representatives of departments, expert and design organizations, industrial enterprises of the region discussed the technical and economic efficiency of using high-strength concrete, the real possibility of their production and use of concrete (reinforced concrete) of the republic at factories and other important topics. Welcoming the guests, the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted that during the last 8 years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing were introduced in the Republic annually. Last year, 2 million 409.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 3.2% of the housing built in the whole of the Russian Federation. He also said that the implementation of government programs aimed at building housing and social facilities provides great support to the construction industry. To date, 41 programs for the construction of facilities for various purposes are being implemented in the republic. The developed base of the industry of building materials of the Republic allows to realize technically complex, architectural projects in accordance with modern requirements.

Today was held a presentation of ventilation solutions for public and industrial buildings and structures from the company BhB system. The event was led by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ayrat Gatiyatov and head of the Sabinsky district Rais Minnikhanov attended by representatives of the customer services, construction and design organizations. BhB System is a subsidiary of the Almaty ventilator factory in the Republic of Tatarstan (Shemordan village, Sabinsky district). The main activity is the development and production of general industrial ventilation and smoke exhaust systems. The products of the plant are made on the basis of developments of the design and engineering division using the experience of leading global enterprises in the climate industry.
