The builders completed work in two teen clubs in the Almetyevsk region: "Impulse" in Almetyevsk and "Aeronaut" in the village Nizhnya Maktama. The overhaul was carried out within the framework of the Republican program. In the course of repairs, internal finishing works were carried out at the facilities, the facade, entrance groups, windows and internal engineering networks were repaired. Construction and installation work has also been completed at teen clubs in Nizhnekamsk. As the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov repeatedly stressed, the country pays special attention to working with young people. “Caring for the development and realization of the intellectual and creative potential of children and young people is a concern for our future.” Since 2015, in Tatarstan, a program has been implemented to overhaul teen clubs and strengthen the material base. During the four years of the program's existence, 114 youth centers have been repaired for about 400 million rubles. In 2019, it is planned to overhaul 26 objects, 100 million rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the program. To date, the program completed 65% of the total work.
The main part of the Russian team at the WorldSkills World Championship in Kazan includes 14 Tatarstanians. Young professionals will act on 56 competencies of the main list of WorldSkills International. The scope of construction is represented by the competence “Concrete construction works” Sirazetdinov Radik Rafaelevich (an employee of LLC Kazansky DSK), the competence “Plumbing and heating” Malinov Dmitry Olegovich (a student of KSUAE). The Russian national team consisted of 14 girls and 49 boys at the age of 18 to 25 years. These are representatives of the Arkhangelsk, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kostroma, Kurgan, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Oryol, Ryazan, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Tula, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl regions, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsky regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chuvashia, as well as Moscow. In total, 63 young specialists will represent the country at the competitions. WorldSkills Kazan 2019 World Championship finalists will be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals at the closing ceremony to be held on 27th of August at the Kazan Arena. Those who score at least 700 points will be awarded the distinctive WorldSkills Championship Award - a medallion for professionalism, which confirms the professional recognition of the championship participant by the international community, the Young Professionals (Worldskills Russia) Union reports.
Anna Budnikova, an architect from Kazan, won the Biodesign Challenge award in New York for the best research project. To announce her research to the international community, the architect was selected among 500 participants from 36 universities and high schools in the world. Together with the award, she received the right to publish research in international scientific journals. The Biodesign Challenge program is designed to support biotechnology students to solve global problems. Students' projects were presented to the scientific community on June 21, and before that (after selection) they, with the support of supervisor biologists, worked on their projects for half a year.

Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering developed the cultural and pilgrim route “Tukai Yuli - The Way of Tukai”. The new route got its name in honor of the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai and will cover the main places that were associated with his life and work. The route will cover the northern regions of the Republic of Tatarstan: Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky. In test mode, it will be held on 29 of June. “About 100 Kazan citizens will get by train from the central railway station to Arsk, and from there they will overcome the entire route on foot or by bicycle,” - the report said.
The total length of the route is 21 km, and the main points of destination are Nizhnye Meteski, Verkhnye Meteski, Mendush, Staryi Kırlay, Novyi Kırlay. Along the way, tourists will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the life and culture of Tatar villages, see the picturesque nature and taste the national Tatar dishes. At the end of the route, the participants will visit the Gabdulla Tukai Museum.

The system of landscaping common areas is formed by creating a recreational zone (park) along the Knox River, creating boulevards connecting the park with a residential complex, and creating residential and public buildings in the newly developed areas. The total area of the recreational landscape zone is 10.8 hectares.
In 11 years, 635 apartment buildings with a total area of 1,448.1 thousand square meters were repaired in Bugulminsky municipal district. During this time, housing conditions have improved more than 64.6 thousand of citizens. The total funding amounted to 2388.1 million rubles. In 2019, 47 houses are planned to be improved. Financing of the program is 218.374 million rubles. Director of the Housing and Public Utilities Department of the Bugulminsky District, Rinat Manasypov, said that today work has begun in 38 apartment buildings, which is 80.8% of the total. Works are planned to be completed by 1st of October, 2019. “In the list of mandatory works: replacement of central heating systems, water and electricity supply, repair of facades and roofs. Special attention is paid to improving the energy efficiency of housing and communal services,” - Rinat Manasypov said.
