45 children and 13 teachers will celebrate the new school year in the renovated school. In the Buinsky district, the Kaybitsky secondary school was opened after a major overhaul. The opening of the educational institution was held with the participation of the head of the district Marat Zyabbarov, the head of the Kaybitsky rural settlement Niyaz Abdrakhmanov and other officials. 29.5 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget for repairs. The contracting organization carried out a large volume of construction work in the optimal time and with good quality. Thanks to this, 45 children and 13 teachers will celebrate the new school year in the renovated school. The head of the district, Marat Zyabbarov, checked the quality of the work done and praised the renovated building. “The school after major repairs is ready for the start of the school year. I hope that it will inspire students to new victories in their studies! ” - Marat Azatovich wished.
To date, more than 95% of the total volume of planned work has been completed in homes. Overhaul in 29 multi-apartment buildings for 69 types of work for a total amount of 84.6 million rubles is planned in Aznakaevsky district. The work is carried out by ten subcontractors. Overhaul is part of the capital repair program for the common property of apartment buildings located in Tatarstan. According to the schedule, the repair of the heat supply system, the repair of the roof, the facade will be completed by the beginning of the heating season - 15th of September, the deadlines for the rest of the work - 1st of October.
Today plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov made a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny. During the visit, they examined a house built under the social mortgage program, visited a new kindergarten and school. The guests were accompanied by the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev. A new building with 149 apartments is located in the 63rd microdistrict of the city. Here will live the participants of the social mortgage program, employees of enterprises and doctors who received grants. The investor-developer is the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Igor Komarov and Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the improvement of the local area and inspected the apartments, which were completely ready for occupancy. Residential premises are equipped with plumbing, fire extinguishing sensors, water, gas, electricity meters, heat controllers and an automatic remote data reading system. The head of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Zaripov, spoke about the development of the new microdistrict, which started in 2017. In total, it is planned to build 17 houses for 3.5 thousand apartments with a total area of 207 thousand square meters. In 2019, two more co-mortgage houses with 614 apartments will be commissioned in the microdistrict. After that, Igor Komarov and Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new school number 42 in the 65th complex of the Yashlek microdistrict. Over 1.2 thousand children will study here. The customer of the project was the RT General Investment and Construction Directorate. Designer - State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt". The school has a library, an assembly hall for 560 seats, a canteen, a medical unit, 4 information technology rooms, 2 sports halls, an artificial football field, volleyball and basketball courts. The sports block has 2 swimming pools.
Today, an on-site meeting of an interdepartmental working group on occupational safety in the construction industry was held in Chistopol, combined with a meeting of the Coordinating Council on Labor Protection of the Chistopol Municipal District. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of the executive committee of the Chistopol Municipal District, managers, responsible persons for labor protection of construction organizations and enterprises of the construction industry operating in the territory of Chistopol district. The meeting addressed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.
The 45th world championship of working professions WorldSkills Kazan 2019 finished in Kazan. More than 1300 young professionals from 63 countries took part in it. The international championship was remembered not only for its high level of preparation but also for innovation. Within the framework of the international championship, the WorldSkills Russia delegation with international colleagues in the "Plumbing and Heating" competency turned to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the RT with a proposal to implement a completely new social project: "Installation of sanitary units in an orphanage in accordance with all necessary standards , including standards for people with disabilities."
Representatives of the Housing and Utilities Reform Support Fund spoke about the need for new approaches to the sectoral education system. The presentation of the educational projects of the Housing and Utility Sector Reform Support Fund took place today in the Ministry of Construction, which was attended by experts, representatives of municipal authorities, utilities, management companies, specialized universities and technical schools. For systemic transformations in the housing and communal services industry, highly qualified personnel are needed. An acute shortage of specialists hinders the effective implementation of many federal projects and legislative initiatives. However, as Olga Grishina, the head of the training project management department of the Housing and Utilities Sector Reform Fund, said, this requires new approaches to the sectoral education system, taking into account the introduction of innovative energy-saving materials and technologies used in construction and communal services fields.
In the Zainsk district of Tatarstan, by the beginning of this school year, city school number 9 for children with disabilities, as well as four schools in the countryside will be renovated: Nizhnebishevskaya, Kadyrovskaya, Aksarinskaya and Savaleevskaya. The commission checked the progress of the overhaul of social facilities. All work is carried out on schedule, without delay. In addition, replacing old windows and doors will eliminate drafts. Also, during overhaul, will be updated the floors and walls, establish wiring, water supply and many other obsolete or faulty structural elements. The main task is not just to give the building an aesthetic appearance, but to create conditions so that children do not freeze in the winter cold.
Since the beginning of 2019, in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision in the field of labor protection in construction conducted 906 inspections. For violation of the rules and norms of labor protection, 248 decisions were issued for a total amount of 9 million 706 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations audited 834 organizations - members of SROs. Such data were cited today at a meeting in the Government House by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Frolov. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. According to Alexei Frolov, on 23rd of August, 1 million 600.7 thousand square meters of housing or 66% of the plan were commissioned in the republic. According to the investment program of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan (SHF RT) for 2019, it is planned to commission 165 houses for 7 thousand 838 apartments with a total area of 438.3 thousand square meters. Of them, on 23rd of August, 74 houses reported to the statistical authorities - 2 thousand 571 apartments with an area of 149.0 thousand square meters. Under the program of low-rise construction (including individual housing construction) in the republic, out of the planned 7,325 houses, 6,200 objects were commissioned, the remainder - 1,243 houses. As part of the implementation of the priority national project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” for 2019, 2 billion rubles were allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, 1 billion 273.3 million rubles from the budget of the Russian Federation, and a total of 3 billion 273.3 million. rubles. It is planned to equip 54 objects of public spaces. As of 24th of August, 2019, work has begun at all 54 sites.
From 22nd to 27th of August, Housing and Utilities Fund representatives take part in one of the main international events of 2019 in Russia - the 45th WorldSkills Kazan Professional Skills Championship 2019. After the world relay race, the flag of workers' professions arrived in Kazan. WorldSkills 2019 in the Republic of Tatarstan has become the largest in the history of the championship. On the eve in the Kazan Arena stadium, the opening ceremony of the 45th World Professional Skills Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019 was held. It was attended by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Together with the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Prime Minister also visited the site of the "Kazan Expo" exhibition center, where all championship competitions will be held. One of the relevant examples of work in this direction is the new virtual training simulator “ZHEKA-PROFI” developed by the Housing and Utilities Fund, designed to test and improve the level of professional skills of public utilities before going to a real facility. Today it was first tested at the exhibition of the state corporation, which was visited by Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Russian Federation Anatoly Kirienko and the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin.
