From 22nd to 27th of August, Housing and Utilities Fund representatives take part in one of the main international events of 2019 in Russia - the 45th WorldSkills Kazan Professional Skills Championship 2019. After the world relay race, the flag of workers' professions arrived in Kazan. WorldSkills 2019 in the Republic of Tatarstan has become the largest in the history of the championship. On the eve in the Kazan Arena stadium, the opening ceremony of the 45th World Professional Skills Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019 was held. It was attended by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Together with the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Prime Minister also visited the site of the "Kazan Expo" exhibition center, where all championship competitions will be held. One of the relevant examples of work in this direction is the new virtual training simulator “ZHEKA-PROFI” developed by the Housing and Utilities Fund, designed to test and improve the level of professional skills of public utilities before going to a real facility. Today it was first tested at the exhibition of the state corporation, which was visited by Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Russian Federation Anatoly Kirienko and the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin.
Olga Grishina, head of Educational Projects of the Housing and Utilities Fund, introduced the guests to the basic principles of the new training simulator. Irek Fayzullin praised the new training product of the state corporation. The facility is constructed during two to three years and can be in operation for up to 100 years. Therefore, it is very important to properly service it. The higher the quality of operation of the building, the longer its life cycle. Therefore, it is important that there are first-class specialists who knew all the basics of servicing and operating residential facilities. "Thanks to the new simulator, we will be able to quickly, and most importantly, qualitatively prepare young specialists who, after graduation, will be ready to operate apartment buildings at the highest level. This is very important,” - said Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Olga Grishina also noted that the use of simulators in the educational process is able to recreate the situation and check the level of specialist training before going into real conditions. This principle is the basis of the first professional simulator for housing and communal services specialists "ZHEKA-PROFI".
