Every year in New York, the best innovative architectural solutions in the hotel industry are selected within the framework of the international architectural award "Radical Innovation Award".  The competition considers projects of professionals and students separately, there is only one prize-winning place with a reward of  1500$ and two incentive awards for a student nomination.  In this way, the only winning work is selected.  And this year this award is ours.  The winner of the year 2019 was the project of a hotel on the roofs of New York made by a team of students Ruslan Mannapov (5th year) and Ayrat Zaydullin (3rd year), who are studying in the studio of teachers Ilnar and Reseda Akhtyamovs.  The finalists of the professional category in 2019 (3 ​​architectural companies from the United States) will compete for prizes in the finals of the competition, which to be held this fall at the Contemporary Museum of Architecture in New York.

The competition for a nominal scholarship of the institute was announced among students of 3-4 courses of KSUAE.  Today 6 laureates have become known - engineers, designers, town planners, architects.  In addition, the 9 participants in the scholarship program were offered to undergo paid internship at the State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt".  The award ceremony was attended by Adel Khusnutdinov, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt", Ilfak Vildanov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of KSUAE, as well as members of the expert council.  The competition was held in two stages.  At the first stage, the contestants were evaluated in a comprehensive manner: not only the talented portfolio was important, but also the academic performance in core subjects, as well as participation in the public life of the university.  According to the results of the competition, the expert committee selected 6 laureates of the competition: can be found here.  During the next academic year, these students will receive a monthly stipend of the SUE “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.  All the contest finalists were awarded diplomas of participation and invitations to undergo paid internship at SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt".

The activity of the Committee covers one of the largest blocks of economic development of the republic.  The State Council held a meeting of the Committee on Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurship, at which the deputies reviewed the reports of the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan"  providing them with housing facilities of the state housing fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal housing stock under social rent agreements” and Deputy Prime Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Karimov on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On introducing amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan“ On the approval of the Strategy for the development of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period until 2030 ”.

Currently, repair work is being carried out in 14 of the 15 resource centers. As part of the program for the overhaul repairing of educational facilities in Tatarstan, the resource centers operating in the republic will be repaired. For these purposes, 681.3 million rubles were allocated from the budget, said at the press conference in the Tatar-inform news agency, the head of the Department for Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Gallyamov. “In the education sphere, we have planned the overhaul repairing of resource centers. The amount of financing is more than 681 million rubles,” - the speaker said. He also added that in total in the republic it is planned to repair 15 resource centers. At the moment, repair work is carried out at 14 sites. According to the head of the department, the overhaul in these centers was complete on 30%.

In total, the Republic plans to put in order 26 such objects. In 2019, 100 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of teen clubs and the strengthening of their material base in Tatarstan. More than 70% of the work on this program has already been done. The head of the Department of Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Galliamov told this at a press conference at the IA Tatar-inform. “The amount of funding is about 100 million rubles. Repair of 26 teen clubs is planned. To date, the implementation is quite high - about 70%,”- said the speaker. According to the head of the department, at the moment the overhaul repairing is being conducted at 21 facilities. At the same time, five out of 26 teenage clubs have already been repaired: "Impuls" in Almetyevsk,  "Clever", "Energy", "Azamat" and "Rovesnik" in Nizhnekamsk.

In total, for the current year, it is planned to overhaul 150 educational institutions. In total, over 3 billion rubles were allocated for the overhaul of the educational facilities of Tatarstan in 2019. This was told by the head of the Department of Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Galliamov at a press conference in the news agency "Tatar-inform". “The largest program for the repair of social facilities in Tatarstan is a program for the overhaul of educational facilities,” -Galliamov stressed. According to the deputy minister, at the moment in the republic eight educational institutions are already repaired: three schools and five kindergartens. All the remaining 142 sites are already under repair. It is about 26 secondary schools, nine specialized boarding schools and 107 kindergartens, the speaker explained. Earlier, the Tatar-inform news agency reported that under the program of the overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan, 942 buildings should be repaired.

The total funding of the program exceeds 5.8 billion rubles. This was announced by the head of the Department for the Operation and Implementation of Housing and Public Utilities Programs of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Galliamov at a press conference in the news agency Tatar-inform. “We have scheduled this year a major overhaul of 942 apartment buildings with an area of ​​5.6 million square meters. The program involves 42 municipalities with the exception of Atninsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts. The amount of financing is 5 billion 852 million 702 thousand rubles,” - said the speaker. Most of the funds allocated for the implementation of the program are citizens' payments for capital repairs - 3.7 billion rubles. The program is designed for 30 years, until 2043, and is updated every year.

A kindergarten in the village of Nizhnya Oshma was built in 1982, until 2019 only redecoration was carried out in this building. In Mamadyshsky district of Tatarstan, the repair of kindergartens continues as part of the Republican overhaul of educational facilities that have been in operation for more than 30 years. This year, thanks to this program, two kindergartens will be repaired. Zverozovkhoz and Nizhneoshminsk kindergartens this academic year will be met in new buildings. The builders will update the roof, facade, engineering networks, the blind area, replace doors, windows, fire alarms, electricity and water networks, and make floor heating on the first floor. At the moment, the bathroom is being renovated. The construction plan was fulfilled by 65%. “Mamadyshsky district allocated 22.8 million rubles for the repair of preschool educational institutions,” - the newspaper notes.
