Akchurin Farid Akhmetshaevich, head of the heat economy of Spasskiye Utility Networks LLC, is directly related to him. This award was presented to him by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The work of Farid Akhmetshaevich is also marked by numerous letters of thanks from the leadership and head of the district. Of course, for so many years, Farid Akhmetshaevich loved his work, therefore he is not going to retire on a well-deserved rest, especially since he is still able to bring much benefit to the city.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan about the current stage of implementation of republican programs of the overhaul of housing and social facilities. Irek Faizullin also briefly announced the indicators on the collection of payments for housing and communal services. So, on 1st of March, the level of collection of payments amounted to 94.5%, which is 0.4% higher than the same period last year (94.1%). The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This visit is carried out within the framework of a comprehensive study by the delegation of Uzbekistan of issues in the areas of construction, housing and communal services. The event was attended by the Ministries of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Housing Inspectorate of RT, KGASU, Unified Clearing Center, SRO RNP "Commonwealth of organizations managing apartment buildings of the Republic of Tatarstan", MC "Uyutnyi Dom". According to the schedule of works, it is planned to complete all the work on sealing of both buildings of IP Synergy 4 in March of this year. Particular attention was paid to compliance with safety and labor protection, and preparation for anti-flood measures.

A meeting with representatives of the Turkish company ABT Yapi was held at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the framework of which possible areas of cooperation were discussed. The event was chaired by Deputy Minister Yuri Alashev and the head of the building complex development department Dinar Sagdatullin, also it was attended by the deputy general director of ABT Yapi Erkan Yildyz, director of engineering of ABT Yapi, chairman of the board of "the Society of Culture and Mutual Assistance of Kazan Ankara’s Tatar", Fuat Tinis. The Turkish side has shown interest in implementing various promising projects on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, expressing readiness to cooperate both in the field of industry, housing construction, and in the energy sector. At the end of the event, the parties expressed hope for further cooperation.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from  11th of  April, 2003 No. 198 were established prizes for quality of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan , which are awarded annually on a competitive basis to organizations for achieving significant results in the area of ​​product and service quality, ensuring their safety, and introducing highly efficient management methods. Applications for participation in the Competition are accepted by the technical secretariat of the Council for the award of prizes of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for quality until 31st of March, 2019 at the email address info@pcq.ru, tel .: (843) 292-04-95, 292-07-48. Enterprises and organizations of the republic are invited to participate in the competition.

From July 1, 2019, developers will lose the opportunity to raise funds from real estate investors directly. Banks should strengthen the work with developers on the transition to escrow accounts. This was announced by the head of the building complex development department Dinar Sagdatullin at a seminar-meeting with representatives of Kazan developers, banks and authorized control (supervision) bodies in the field of shared construction. “Financial and credit organizations need to strengthen work with developers on switching to escrow accounts. Bank specialists must cope with the influx of construction organizations, bring their consistent actions to automatism,” - said Dinar Sagdatullin. He also noted that the ministry is in constant dialogue with all professional participants in the share building market. It is ready to promptly respond to the challenges that developers and representatives of the banking community indicate, to take them into account in their work.

By order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia (No. 141 /pr of March 1, 2019), the methodology for developing standards for the preparation of project documentation was approved. It defines the basic rules for calculating the cost of design work and coefficients, taking into account various factors affecting the complexity of the design, as well as the requirements for the composition of supporting materials. Adoption and application of the methodology will allow the Ministry of Construction of Russia to begin global work on the revision of the existing reference books of basic prices for design work in construction, taking into account the basic price level of 1995 and 2001. The revision of the current base prices is planned to be carried out through the development of appropriate estimated standards.
