In the course of planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspectorate - Aznakaevsky, Bugulminsky, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsk, Yutazinsky districts, inspectors of the Bugulma regional housing inspection for 2018 examined 475 residential buildings with a total area of 2,905.44 thousand square meters. In the course of the inspections conducted, 779 violations of the rules for technical operation and maintenance of the housing stock, standards for the level and regime of providing the population with public services were revealed. The total amount of fines is 437,000 rubles. Fines actually paid in the amount of 391500 rubles.
The final meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Construction will be broadcast online. The keys to the apartments were received by the participants of the republican social mortgage program - employees of state-financed organizations and enterprises. The technical customer was the Office of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of the Kazan Executive Committee, and the contractor was Ak Tash LLC. The house has 18 residential floors, one entrance, the total area of apartments is 20.3 thousand square meters. All apartments in the new building are fully prepared for living, equipped with electric stoves, water purification filters, water meters, electricity meters, heat regulators and fire detectors. Dozens of future newcomers with families, as well as officials arrived at the solemn ceremony of settlement.

Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation (No. 1683 dated December 26, 2018) approved standards for the financial sustainability of the developer’s activities, which received a building permit before or after July 1, 2018. Calculation of standards is made by the developer in accordance with the approved procedure in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of Russia. The assessment of the financial sustainability of the developer’s activities in terms of the standards of security of obligations and the targeted use of funds is carried out quarterly. Today, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin visited Almetyevsk on a working trip. The Head of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected the construction of apartment buildings of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the microdistrict "Zapadnye vorota". Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin, head of the executive committee of the Almetyevsk region Marat Girfanov, representatives of republican services and departments visited a meeting together with Alexey Pesoshin. A discussion of the current situation was held at the construction site and steps were identified for further work with the completion of construction of facilities. To date, at position 22, the centralized heat supply system is connected, finishing works are underway. Alexey Pesoshin was informed that today all efforts are being made to introduce houses in the 2nd quarter of the current year.
On January 12, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as many as 40 regional programmes in construction and capital repair of facilities, including 38 long-term programmes and 2 programmes during the current year, to be implemented in Tatarstan in 2019.
More than 3 million rubles were allocated for the construction of a 57.5 square meter medical facility. Improvement and construction of engineering networks performed at the expense of the municipal budget. The new feldsher-midwife station has a waiting room, a paramedic reception room, a treatment room, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a boiler room. In total, in Tatarstan, under the state program, since 2012, 413 obstetric centers, 14 outpatient clinics, 24 pathoanatomical departments have been built. Also overhaul of 1466 existing feldsher-midwife stations, 95 ambulatory medical clinics, 18 local hospitals was carried out.
