In Russia appeared the standard "Smart City"

Andrei Chibis, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation, head of the Smart City project, approved the "Smart City" standard - a set of basic and additional activities that all cities participating in the Smart City municipalization departmental project will have to perform in time until 2024. The standard includes activities in eight areas: urban management, “smart” utilities, innovations for the urban environment, “smart” urban transport, intelligent public and environmental security systems, communications network infrastructure, tourism and service. So, the first step will be the introduction of digital platforms and services for the involvement of citizens in the management of urban processes, which should be earned in each region of the country in 2020. Remind you, that all the subjects of the Russian Federation and the cities with a population of over 100 thousand people, as well as all administrative centers, are taking part in the implementation of the "Smart City" project.
