At the championship, 51 competencies were presented. Representatives from 59 countries took part. This year, Russia was the first in the team event, winning 6 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal! We are sure that in 2019 our participants will show an even better result. KGASU was represented by the most active volunteers and certified expert in the field of "Plumbing and Heating", the senior lecturer of the department "Heat power engineering, gas supply and ventilation" Kareeva Julia. Julia Rustemovna was a part of Skillteam which has the competence "Plumbing and Heating."

In the House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan was held an event dedicated to providing free legal assistance to citizens on the protection of the rights and interests of minors. The event was attended by senior consultant of the legal Department of the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan Albina Shilkrot.

October 21, 2017 in the village of Lashmanka Cheremshansky municipal district opened a new building of the executive committee of the rural settlement, built as part of the presidential program. Opening the ceremony, the Head of the municipal district Ferdinat Davletshin congratulated all those present on the landmark event and expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the republic. Having cut the symbolic red ribbon, the honored guests inspected the premises of the administrative facility.

October 21 in the building of the administration of the Soviet district of Kazan passed Day of legal assistance for the public on housing and communal services. The purpose of this event was the provision of accessible and free legal assistance to the population, as well as legal education of citizens in the sphere of housing and communal services. As consultants from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, were the leading legal consultant of the legal department, Leysan Ahmetzyanova and Rustam Khakimov, the head of the department for monitoring the operation of facilities in the housing and communal services.

On October 20, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and utilities Irek Faizullin said that the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 3,621 inspections at houses under major repair in 43 municipalities, and revealed 54 facts of safety violations.

The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin took part in the event.

Irek Fayzullin informed that 43 municipalities are participating in the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in 2017. As of October 19, the work was fulfilled by 94.4% for the amount of 4 billion 770 million rubles. 44 cultural institutions are being renovated. On September 19, the work is carried out at 4 objects. At 40 objects, work has come to an end. In the republic, works on capital repairs of children's health camps, created resource centres (colleges), teenage clubs, social services institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal archives of the Republic of Tatarstan have been fully implemented. The Minister also recalled that according to the program "Public spaces" in 2017 it is planned to equip 68 facilities in 45 МО. Today, construction and installation work is 84.8%. The works are completed at 10 sites, 29 facilities are in a high degree of readiness.

On October 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizulin, Deputy Head of Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare Irina Seregina and Minister of Health of the republic Adel Vafin took part in a solemn opening of a new building of city policlinic No. 21 on 103, Richard Sorge Street in Kazan.

Speaking at the event, Minnikhanov noted that the new polyclinic will serve about 60,000 citizens of Kazan. He stressed that the medical institution is equipped with the most modern facilities and meets all modern standards of medical care.

Tatarstan President and other honorable guests looked around the new health facility. Minnikhanov was shown a radiation therapy unit, a room for cardio exercises, a day patient department, a department of internal health and doctors' offices.

The new polyclinic with an area of ​​more than 10,000 square meters will be the biggest one in the city. A total of ten departments, including a reception and information department, a department of infectious disease, an X-ray department, a department of internal health, an emergency department, a department of outpatient rehabilitation, departments of functional diagnostics, disease-prevention service and specialized doctors, a maternity welfare centre and a centre for men's health, will be functioning in the medical facility.

The oncology centre, a branch of the Regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary, will be located at the polyclinic to provide medical assistance and rehabilitation for patients with malignant neoplasms.

Moreover, the medical institution will provide services for rehabilitation of patients after operations in cardiology, neurology, neurosurgery and traumatology. There is a special pool for these purposes in the building.  

On the basis of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, under the leadership of Ildus Nasyrov, the head of the administration and implementation of housing and communal services programs, a meeting was held with the Kazakhstan delegation led by Deputy Mayor of Kostanay region Meirzhan Myrzaliyev. The subject of discussion was the adoption of the Tatarstan experience in the sphere of housing and communal services. During the meeting the delegation also got acquainted with the successful experience of organization and functioning of electronic resources of the housing and communal services of the republic. At the end of the event, the head of the delegation thanked his colleagues from Tatarstan for hospitality and expressed hope for further cooperation.

A high level of preparation of infrastructure and housing stock for winter is observed in nine regions - Moscow, Kamchatka, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, Samara Region, Altai Republic, Tula, Lipetsk and Novosibirsk Regions. This was announced on October 18 by the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Mikhail Men at a video conference held by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Kozak. In the leading subjects, the necessary fuel reserves have been made, the level of indebtedness of resource-supplying organizations to suppliers of fuel and energy resources has been reduced.

October 17, 2017 in Nizhny Novgorod plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation Mikhail Babich opened an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, which was devoted to improving the system of self-regulation and pricing in construction, improving the efficiency of capital investments through the introduction of cost-effective project documentation secondary use. The meeting was held by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Mikhail Men. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Before the event, the authorized representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Privolzhsky Federal District Mikhail Babich visited the Minin and Pozharsky Square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod, got acquainted with the implementation of the priority project "Building a Comfortable Urban Environment".

Over the period January-September 2017 specialists of the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 3291 inspections of the facilities under construction, as a result of which the construction resource issued 978 instructions to eliminate the identified violations.To date, the Inspectorate oversees 1110 built and reconstructed facilities throughout the republic.
