The meeting was held by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Mikhail Men. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Before the event, the authorized representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Privolzhsky Federal District Mikhail Babich visited the Minin and Pozharsky Square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod, got acquainted with the implementation of the priority project "Building a Comfortable Urban Environment". In the Republic of Tatarstan, similar work to create a comfortable urban environment is undergoing maintenance. The program for creating comfortable conditions for the population started 2 years ago. During these two years, 189 facilities have been built in Tatarstan in all municipalities - from the capital of the region of Kazan to small regional centres. When implementing the program, a comprehensive approach was used, which began at the design stage and ended with the operation of the facility, and a team of architects (Architectural Landing) was assembled, which is engaged in the creation, control and construction of territories. "Now the estimated cost should be formed based on the results of monitoring the prices of construction resources, which should be published in the pricing information system of the Federal Hydrographic Service of the Central Council until December 15 of this year. We hope that this will allow us to get away from the existing distortions in the formation of the initial cost of capital construction projects, "- the plenipotentiary emphasized.
