The largest event in the Urals for engineers - estimators will be held in Yekaterinburg within a frame of the Week of the estimator 2017. From 16 to 20 October 2017 in Yekaterinburg, the Interregional Information Center, in conjunction with the Institute for Value Engineering and Construction Quality Control and the Research Institute for Financial Accounting and Management, will hold the " Week of the estimator 2017" in which will take part engineers- estimators from all regions of Russia. On September 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Head of Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs Igor Barinov, Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin, Chairman of the regional Council Farid Mukhametshin, representatives of religious denominations and other officials took part in the solemn opening of the Bolgar Islamic Academy.

On September 1 - on the Day of Knowledge, in 34 educational organizations of the district celebratory assembly devoted to the new academic year was held.  The first academic year came for the 673 children of the district. In the technical school, training programs for skilled workers are carried out in the following specialties: auto mechanic, cook, confectioner, master of civil works, food service technologist, agricultural mechanic and others. In total, about 420 people study there, available two correctional groups for children with disabilities. The overhaul repair was started in January of this year and completed in August.

In accordance with the audit plan agreed by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chistopol ZHI in August 2017 carried out planned inspections in relation to MUP "Housing and Communal Services" in Nurlat, OOO MC "Zhilischnik-2", OOO MC "Zhilischnik-3" and OOO MC "Nash Dom" in Chistopol (were started in July 2017). According to the managing organizations in August 2017, the managing organizations, following the orders of the Chistopol ZHI, carried out works amounting to 1943 thousand rubles .

According to the data on August 31, 2017 1 million 487.8 thousand square meters of housing were put to use in Tatarstan that accounting for 61.9% of the plan. This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. The head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan underlined that 77 objects of 105 houses building under the social mortgage program construction are in a high degree of readiness, 21 objects in an average degree, 7 objects in a low degree. Regarding the program of construction of multi-apartment investment housing, 34 facilities from 64 residential buildings are in a high stage of readiness, 30 - in an average degree. In the part of low-rise construction (including IZhS), in the republic 6,457 facilities from the planned 8 thousand 800 houses have been put to use. The construction of rural clubs is under way.

In the village of Malye Ubei, Drozhzhanovsky district, a new feldsher-midwife station was opened and the kindergarten was put in commission after major repairs. Socially significant objects are built according to the Presidential program. The residents of the village of Malye Ubei were congratulated on the opening of the buildings by the head of the district Alexander Shadrikov, the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the State Council of RT Ildar Gilmutdinov and Rinat Gaytatullin. The successful development of the village is the creation of comfortable living conditions for the villagers and, first of all, the availability of medical care. The new building has a spacious entrance hall, a separate patient reception room, a treatment room, a room for storing the necessary stock of medications and medicines, a washing room, all the necessary furniture was purchased, including a changing table for babies, an observation chair, a scale, a ruler for measuring growth.

The selection of applications for the 1st all-Russian Professional Skill Contest "Best in the Profession in the Field of Pricing and Estimated Normalization in the Sphere of Urban Development" organized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation was launched.

The competition is held in five nominations:
• "The best specialist in the development of estimates in the design and construction field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the estimated cost of construction field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the estimated cost of design work field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the cost of engineering surveys in the design and construction field";
• "The best young specialist in the field of pricing and budget valuation in the sphere of urban development".

From August 28 to August 30, 2017, the 17th International Conference Baltimix-2017 is taking place in Kazan. The organizers of the event were the Russian Union of Builders, the Quintet Company, the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU) and the Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPSUACE). The conference was opened by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.S. Gimayev.
Within the framework of the three-day business program, it is planned to discuss the following topical issues:
- The market of dry building mixtures of the Russian Federation: results of half-year and short-term prospects;
 -Advanced technologies for packaging, palletizing and packaging dry mixtures;
 -Techniques and solutions for mechanization of finishing works;
 - Competitive situation on the Russian market of dry construction mixtures.
