Today, a meeting of a socioteater with Almetyevsk with the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev was held. During it, the Deputy Minister spoke about the current situation on the construction site and answered questions of interest to the participants of the program. Also, a meeting was arranged with the equity holders of the companies "Fon", "Svei", "Vektr", "Stroi Kom", where I.S. Gimayev talked about the measures being taken and, in general, about the situation with long-term construction.

Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the 19th International Autumn Construction Forum. The event takes place in Kazan in the exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" from September 12 to 15. Ilshat Gimayev also said that this year more than 60 companies will take part in the exhibition. The construction complex of the Republic of Tatarstan is one of the most dynamically developing in the Russian Federation. Realization of housing programs, construction of socio-cultural and sporting assignments objects, major projects in the field of industrial construction - all this allows the republic to retain leading positions in this field for several years"- pointed out I.S. Gimayev. At the end of his speech, Ilshat Gimaev wished all participants constructive work at the forum and new business contacts.

October 6, 2017 in Kazan, the applied research conference "Modern Engineering Systems in the Architecture of Health" (MES), organized by the Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDС) and "KAZAN EXPO" with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities, municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. MES is a discussion platform on how to better design a modern medical center and organize an IT system in healthcare, provide comfort and safety during the design of public buildings. In 2017, the State Housing Inspectorate carried out 3 thousand 122 inspections at apartment houses - the objects of overhaul repairing in 43 municipalities, which resulted in 54 violations of safety measures in 17 municipalities. This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin.

On September 8, during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the improved square named after Lemayev. One of five places in the town, the square has been improved under the programme of the development of public spaces.

The exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" hosted a round table on "Expanding the use of petrochemical products of the republican production in the construction industry" with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. The Minister also reminded the construction industry enterprises of the necessity of providing information necessary for the formation of estimated prices for building resources in the Federal State Information System for pricing in construction.

"Sports grounds are built to attract children, young people, the population to a healthy lifestyle. This ground is built within the framework of the Republican program "Construction of sports grounds in the settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan", implemented by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The beginning of the heating season in Tatarstan can begin on October 7-10.  This was told by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the Housing Maintenance and Utilization Program of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Nasyrov recalled that heat should be supplied to apartment houses in the event that the average daily air temperature drops below 8 degrees of Celsius during five consecutive days. "According to forecasts of electronic media resources, in particular Gismeteo, the average daily temperature should be set at around 8 and below degrees somewhere around October 7-10. We have set a task by September 15 to complete all the preparatory work for the heating season and, if necessary, start the start-up of heat to educational facilities (schools, kindergartens) and health facilities. This is first priority aim.

Today in the "Salavat Cooper" microdistrict of Kazan hosted a ceremonial settlement of residents in 255-apartment house No.13a along Tansyk street. The house under construction number 10-7 was erected under the social mortgage program of the Republic of Tatarstan for employees of enterprises, citizens who are resettled from an emergency housing stock, workers in the budgetary and social spheres. The technical customer was the Department of Capital Construction and Reconstruction of the Executive Committee of Kazan, the contractor - OOO "Greit Stroy".

Over the past five years, this is the seventh "cultural" facility that was built in Nizhnekamsk villages under the republican program, and three more - have been overhauled. Outside - a cozy brick building, and inside - a concert hall, a dance floor, a creative workshop, a book exchange point. Nearby - the summer stage. "All this benefit - for our villagers: for you, for your children, who can jointly take up interesting business here for our grandfathers and grandmothers who can come here to talk," the deputy head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District Executive Committee Alfred Nigmatzyanov said. In order to build the club, fixed assets were allocated from the budget of Tatarstan - this is 6 million 331 thousand rubles. Another 1 million 610 thousand contributed to the municipal district.
