In the program of overhaul repairing of 2017 in the for urban-type settlement Urusu of the Utazinsky district is planned to repair 14 apartment buildings. Within the framework of the program, work was done to replace the cold water supply system in 2 houses, sewerage systems in 2 houses, electricity supply in 2 houses, roof repair in 14 houses.

Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited a number of significant social and cultural facilities of Kazan, where repair and restoration work is being carried out. Rustam Minnikhanov visited the building of the Kazan Circus, which is significant for the capital of Tatarstan. Currently, a full-scale repair is going on there.  Thus, dismantling works and the installation of automatic fire extinguishing have been completed, the internal water supply, sewage and heating system has been implemented for 60%.

In addition, a quarter of the work on the construction of the roof of the dome, as well as work on the facade was started. The next stop in the visiting workshop was another cultural heritage site of regional importance - the building of the Museum of the History of Tatar Literature located in Ostrovsky Street 15, where from 1928 to 1942 lived the classic of Tatar literature, writer Sharif Kamal.

Construction and installation and other works on major repairs here are at the final stage - it was necessary to complete the restoration of the doors on the entrance group and the wiring of the electric cables, after which the builders will be able to begin finishing work. The staff of the museum appealed to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to assist in the arrangement of the inner courtyard, which is currently in municipal ownership.

1 589.2 thousand square meters of housing was put into commission in Tatarstan from the beginning of the year. Such results were made today in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting in the videoconference mode, chaired by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. "In Pestrechinsky, Laishevsky and Atninsky districts, the implementation of the construction program in 2017 is completed. In general, the total volume of program implementation in the country at the moment is 66.2 percent. The implementation of the program follows the schedule", - said in his speech Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

September 15, 2017 Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Oleg Mashkovtsev held a district meeting on the preparation of housing and communal services in the regions of the Volga Federal District for the autumn-winter period 2017-2018 years. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. According to the data of regional executive authorities, as of September 1 of the current year in all regions of the district preparation for the upcoming heating season is at the final stage. Oleg Mashkovtsev noted that 95% of housing stock, 93% of boiler houses and central heating points, 94% of heating, water and 95% of electric networks have already been prepared for work in winter conditions. Enterprises and organizations in the sphere of heat supply actually prepared coal at the level of 88% of the planned volume, liquid fuel - 119% and other solid fuel - 55%.

In the residential complex "Salavat Cooper" today was a solemn settlement of the 340-apartment building on the social mortgage program. House 11-4 at the address: st. Ayrata Arslanova, 8 - became the tenth populated object in the microdistrict.

In the program for overhaul repairing in 2017 for Leninogorsk district and Leninogorsk has planned the repairing of 21 apartment houses. Overhaul was performed to replace the heat supply system in 10 houses, cold water supply systems in 15 houses, hot water systems in 6 houses, drainage systems in 18 houses, electricity in 15 houses, roof repairs in 10 houses, facade repair in 17 houses, repair of entrances in 21 houses and repair of basements in 6 houses.

From September 12 to September 15, 2017, the International Autumn Construction Forum is held in the exhibition center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" for the 19th time. It is practically the only professional platform for dialogue between specialists in the construction industry and housing and communal services with consumers, partners, customers and employers. In the program of the Forum numerous business events are planned, which will allow to realize business tasks and discuss current issues of the industry development to specialists of the construction complex. Within the framework of this project - on the site of master classes - companies participating in the exhibition are able to demonstrate their products in a continuous mode, as well as visualize their properties and technical features.

September 12, 2017 on the basis of the Exhibition Center "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" within the framework of the XIX International Autumn Construction Forum the third stage of the contest of professional skill "The Best Electrician of the Year" was held. The contestants carried out a practical task "Installation diagram of connecting the apartment to the electricity networks of a residential house". The best electrician is Filippov Nikolay Alexandrovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-54. The second place was taken by Fatkhullin Damir Gusmanovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-38. The third place - by Mikhailov Rudolph Mikhailovich - electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of OOO ZhEK-41.

This year, a record number of yards were repaired in Kazan, 340 ones. As a result of the works, 11 areas are equipped. There are a football-basketball field with polyurethane coating on asphalt substrate (288 sq.m.), a sports area (120 sq.m.), a housing area (35 sq.m.), recreation areas (380 sq.m.), a street library, and several zones for children: a play area for children from 6 years with polyurethane coating (213 sq.m), two play areas for children from 3 years with polyurethane coating (130 sq.m and 156 sq.m.), a play area on 36 sq.m for children from 2 years old. And paths from pavers are laid between the sites. The cost of works amounted to 11.9 million rubles.
