This year, a record number of yards were repaired in Kazan, 340 ones. As a result of the works, 11 areas are equipped. There are a football-basketball field with polyurethane coating on asphalt substrate (288 sq.m.), a sports area (120 sq.m.), a housing area (35 sq.m.), recreation areas (380 sq.m.), a street library, and several zones for children: a play area for children from 6 years with polyurethane coating (213 sq.m), two play areas for children from 3 years with polyurethane coating (130 sq.m and 156 sq.m.), a play area on 36 sq.m for children from 2 years old. And paths from pavers are laid between the sites. The cost of works amounted to 11.9 million rubles.

Marat Nuriev marked that the improvement of the territory became possible after the implementation of the republican program for the yards and inter-quarter passage overhaul here because the MC can proceed to work on the arrangement of the yard only when the roads are fixed. The landscaping was carried out at the expense of the management company's funds.
