On March 12, speaking at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that construction of houses under the programme of relocation of citizens from dilapidated housing is underway.

The possibility of implementing investment projects one of the European leaders in the field of construction insulation materials - company "TekhnoNikol" - in the special economic zone "Alabuga" were discussed today in Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The event was also attended by Deputy General Director of the SEZ "Alabuga" Sergey Kutyev, Rustem Zaripov, head of TH-SS Naila Valeeva.

The issues of construction of objects of engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the special economic zones were discussed at a weekly meeting, which was held in the SEZ "Alabuga" by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of Republic Tatarstan Yuri Alyshev.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of the working group on developing the Concept of the creation of InnoKam innovation and production center. The session was held by Chairman of the Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovich.

Today at the working meeting of the project group of businessmen under the leadership of Timur Nagumanov it discussed the features in the field of disposal and recycling, transport of solid waste, amendments to Federal law No. 458.

In 2016, 45 rural culture centres are scheduled for construction in Tatarstan within a target plan. Tatarstan’s Deputy Construction, Architecture and Housing Minister Almaz Akhmetshin said it at a press conference earlier in the day.

Due to the current favorable conditions in Russia for cooperation with Chinese builders in housing construction, major infrastructure, sports and other facilities, CHINCA (China Association of foreign contractor) and the Association of builders of Russia took a decision to hold in Moscow the Russian-Chinese construction forum. In the Chinese delegation of participants of the 1st forum, formed by the Association CHINCA, included more than 100 representatives from 50 leading Chinese construction companies and banks.

 

On March 3, 2016 at 13.30 in the auditorium 3-208 it will be meeting  with the Deputy of the State Duma, Deputy Chairman of State Duma Committee on housing policy and housing and communal services by Sidyakin Aleksandr Gennadievich. The theme of the meeting  "Housing: truth and myths".

NP "Regional center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" suggested to form Councils of houses in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, with subsequent legal support of activity and management of apartment houses.
