Housing Control suggested to form Councils of houses in the territory of the Republic

NP "Regional center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of Tatarstan" suggested to form Councils of houses in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, with subsequent legal support of activity and management of apartment houses.

Every day in the Center of social control are turning owners of apartment buildings with the purpose of the Council house. On the basis of the Center developed manuals to assist the owners of apartment buildings. The manuals are considered the questions connected with implementation of powers of councils of apartment buildings established by the Housing code of the Russian Federation required by the Chairpersons and members of councils of apartment buildings, as well as other stakeholders. The manual can be obtained free of charge by coming to the reception or to find on the Internet.

The Board of apartment buildings is the body that should act as an authorized representative of the interests of proprietors of premises in an apartment house and is actively working with the management company.

In the framework of the project "School of  literate consumer", are required to attend seminars that include the basements of the housing code, energy efficiency, legal practice, the interaction of councils of apartment buildings with management organizations. After the seminar all participants will receive a certificate of completion of training, as well as manuals.
