In Menzelinsk it was held a solemn ceremony of opening of a house built in the framework of the program on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock. New 27-apartment house  is located at 1/14 on the streets of Prospectors.

Today, the Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation under the leadership of Minister M. Men held a meeting on the development activities of housing savings co-operatives in the Russian Federation. A report on housing saving cooperatives, experience of work in Tatarstan was made by A. Gatiyatov Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan.

 

The Ministry has applied to the Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation to participate in the selection of subjects of the Russian Federation for granting in 2016 subsidies from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation in implementing state programs of development of housing construction in the framework of the subprogramme "Promoting of programs of development of housing construction of the subjects of the Russian Federation" the Federal target program "Dwelling" for 2015 – 2020. The application included 15 projects for a total amount of 4.6 billion rubles, including from the Federal budget – 3.2 billion rubles.

On February 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched the Ammonium plant manufacturing complex in Mendeleyevsk, Tatarstan. The official ceremony was held in Naberezhnye Chelny.  Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the event.

On February 11 the Executive Committee of municipal formation of Kazan put into operation the objects of capital construction: "The administrative building", located to the address: RT, Kazan, Kirov district, St. Krasnoselskaya and "Badminton Center in Kazan on 12 courts", address: RT. Kazan, Volga district.

 

60 modular medical and 40 district veterinary stations will be built in Tatarstan this year. As much as 330 million rubles have been allocated for their construction, Ilshat Gimaev , the Acting Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan, claimed today at a press conference in Tatar-Inform information agency.

Badminton center with 12 courts in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan received the opinion of the Inspectorate of Tatarstan state construction supervision on the compliance of built, reconstructed object of capital construction to requirements of technical regulations (norms and rules), other normative legal acts and design documentation including requirements concerning energy efficiency and to requirements concerning equipment of object of capital construction by devices of accounting of used energy resources. The Builder of sports facilities is the state public institution "Main investment and construction management of the RT", the total area of the object – 2876 sq. m.

 

On February 10, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov began his working visit to Menzelinsk region by attending the Mebelev furniture factory, where he looked around its production facilities and got acquainted with its produce.

The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting dedicated to the promotion of products of the Republican enterprises of building materials to new markets. The meeting was chaired by Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan I. E. Faizullin. Also the event was attended by the General Director of OAO "export Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan" A. M. Nazmeev, representatives of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the center of export of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan investment development Agency, leading design and construction organizations and enterprises producing building materials.

 

The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan together with state agrarian UNIVERSITY "UGAZ the Republic of Tatarstan" held a seminar-meeting on theme: "Customer as guarantor of performance of investment-construction project. The functions of customer-Builder (the technical customer), problems of interaction with other participants of investment and construction process."
