As soon as the overhaul repairing is completed in the educational institutions of the republic, they will be provided with 100 percent heat. Tatarstan's healthcare, education and social facilities for the heating season-2019 are 99-100 percent ready. This was announced today at a press conference in Kazan by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov. “Tatarstan’s healthcare facilities are 100 percent ready for the heating season; there are 2055 of them in all. Education facilities are 99 percent ready: 3182 out of 3215 are ready. The fact is that some facilities are undergoing scheduled major repairs. As soon as the repair of heat supply systems is completed, they will be provided with heat,” - said the speaker. According to Nasyrov, to date, 2120 cultural facilities are ready for the new heating period, which is 99 percent of the total, 209 of 213 sports facilities and 171 social protection facilities. Earlier, «Tatar-inform» reported that the heating season-2019 started in Tatarstan. More than a hundred kindergartens, schools and educational facilities of Kazan are already connected to heat supply. During the week, heat will be supplied to all socially significant facilities where there are children and patients. Heat will begin to be supplied to residential buildings gradually, starting tomorrow.

Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, held the seventh meeting of the republican headquarters on the preparation of fuel-energy facilities and housing-communal complexes for the heating period 2019/2020. In 2018, the heating period in Tatarstan began on September 21, and ended on May 13, 2019. The duration of the heating period in the republic was 235 days. Within the framework of the meeting, 2 questions were considered: on the progress in preparing special equipment, vehicles and railway sidings for work in the winter conditions of the future heating period, as well as information on the elimination of comments on preparations for the heating period 2019/2020, submitted by the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor on objects of several municipalities . Irek Fayzullin noted the need to supply heat in the first place to social facilities - kindergartens, schools, hospitals and clinics.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, met today with the deputy head of the Federal Treasury, Eli Isaev. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of the program for the overhaul of multi-family residential buildings in 2019 is ongoing. The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled that in total under the program of 2019 year, it is planned to overhaul 942 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​5.6 million square meters. In the program involved 42 municipal districts. In the framework of the national project “Demography”, in 2018 - 2019, the republic plans to build 30 kindergartens with the creation of 6,130 places, including 3,110 nurseries. Out of 30 objects within the framework of the national project “Demography”, today they completed construction and received permission to put into operation 22 objects. Work continues on 8 objects. As of September 13, construction of rural clubs at 9 out of 21 facilities was completed. In the remaining 12 facilities masonry of walls, roofing, decoration, installation of windows and doors are going. As for the overhaul of the premises of the municipal archives, on 12th of September, work was completed at 8 sites, at 5 sites out of 13, work is underway. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the RT reported on how preparations are proceeding for the heating season in the republic in the context of municipal districts. So, 16855 apartment buildings (or 98%) have readiness certificates.

In Tatarstan, the republican program “Our Yard” is being formed and its implementation will begin in 2020. Today, questionnaires collected from the regions of Tatarstan were brought to the pavilion of the Kazan Fair. In the questionnaires, residents expressed their opinion on the most priority areas for the development of local territories. “This republican project has become a national project. The President of the Republic gave the order to conduct an inventory of all the yards because we did not know how many of them. BTI traveled around all the yards in the republic. Now the Ministry of Construction, together with municipalities, conducts balance-sheet commissions to find out which yards are in the first place in need of repair and whether the opinion of the commission coincides with the opinion of residents. It is necessary to determine the priority of work and addresses,” - said Ainaz Yarmiev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the RT. In Tatarstan is planned to formulate an address program that will include the following types of work: this is the repair of roads and sidewalks, outdoor lighting, the installation of benches and urns, solid municipal waste sites, children's equipment coated with sand and gravel, and partial landscaping. “We hope that through the implementation of the program, every resident of our republic will be heard and get a courtyard where you can have fun with friends, take a walk with children, relax on a bench in the circle of your neighbors,” - said Ainaz Yarmiev.

  The building was built in 1978  and designed for 130 children. Repair work at this facility was launched in March this year. As a result, in less than six months, the kindergarten building has noticeably changed. Here, in particular,   the "UKS" LLC contracting team repaired and insulated the facade, replaced the roof, windows, doors, and engineering systems for water supply, sanitation, and heating. The kitchen was completely renovated and re-equipped, new furniture and equipment were purchased, and cameras for external and internal surveillance were installed. In addition, there are now heated floors on the ground floor. The improvement also affected the adjacent territory - the roads were paved, most of the fencing was replaced. The head of the Bavlinsky municipal district, Ramil Gatiyatullin, congratulated everyone on the occasion. He expressed gratitude to the leadership of our republic, to all those who took part in the transformation of the kindergarten. About 20 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget for repairs, and 13.3 million rubles from the district budget.

In total, in August 2019, 25 (23 written and 2 oral) appeals of citizens were received by Chistopol ZHI. From the number of received appeals, 9 appeals were examined with the place in place, 8 of which were taken under inspection control (instructions were issued). For other appeals, corresponding explanations are given. According to the data of the managing organizations for August 2019, according to the requirements of the Chistopol ZHI, works worth 141.6 thousand rubles were completed.

The Ministry of Construction of Russia eliminates the need to obtain technical certificates for assessing the suitability of facade thermal insulation composite systems with external plaster layers (SFTC). This was made possible thanks to the developed system of regulatory documents. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Construction,  Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volkov. “The cancellation of obtaining technical certificates at SFTC  solves important problems. Firstly, it removes the barrier for new players to enter the market of stucco facade systems, and secondly, it contributes to increased competition and improved product quality. Over the past 20 years, a system of issuing technical certificates to the SFTC  has been operating and such regulation had its justification. However, now, thanks to the developed system of regulatory documents, there is no need for technical certificates. We think it expedient to continue work to reduce them in other areas, ” - said Dmitry Volkov.
