To date, heating has been provided to 606 schools, 732 kindergartens, 863 health facilities, 372 cultural facilities, 102 sports facilities, 63 social protection facilities. 1093 boiler houses were launched. The event is planned to be held in cities and regions of the republic during the whole working day from 08:00 to 15:30 (in Kazan from 9:00 to 16:30) without lunch break with shift staff of consultants. This was announced today at a press conference in Kazan by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov. The heating season has started in Tatarstan. More than a hundred kindergartens, schools and educational facilities of Kazan are connected to the heating supply. “Last Saturday, 30 kindergartens were connected to the heating supply. During the week, heat will be supplied to all socially significant facilities where there are children and patients. Throughout the republic, we will start connecting to the heat from tomorrow,” - said the speaker. “The condition of our apartments, hospitals and kindergartens tells us that the heat must already be included. The average daily temperature from Friday allows us to make a decision on starting the heating season,” - the speaker noted.
The duration of the heating period in the republic is two-thirds of the calendar year. This year, due to weather conditions, the heating season in Tatarstan started on average a week earlier in the republic than a year earlier. This was announced today at a press conference in Kazan. “Last year, the heating season in the republic began on 21st of September, representatives of the Aktanyshsky district were the first who join the heating campaign. In Kazan, the heating season then started on the 1st of October. The duration of the heating period was 235 days. Of the 356 days, two thirds annually make up the heating season,” - said Ildus Nasyrov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to him, this year in Kazan, the heating season began last week. Last Saturday, 30 kindergartens were connected to the heating supply. Within a week, the batteries will become hot in all socially significant facilities with children and patients. In residential buildings, heat will begin to be supplied gradually from tomorrow. This is facilitated by weather conditions. “We are giving priority to this issue. From tomorrow we will begin monitoring the heating supply in all municipalities,” - said Nasyrov.
