In Kazan commissioned the fourth house LCD " Symphony»
"Fon" company shareholders formed a housing association to complete the construction works. Construction of the house on Rotarnaya str., 27E for 180 apartments was started in 2014. At the end of 2015, construction work on the site, as well as in the entire residential complex, stopped in connection with the bankruptcy of the developer – OOO "Fon- Riviera". The house was completed by the construction company "Briz".
The house has 96 one-bedroom apartments, 48 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom.
There is a kindergarten №156 for 140 seats near the house, it is planned to build a new school. There are 52 parking spaces, in addition, multi-level parking for 362 cars is constructed for the residents of the complex. According to the plan, another multi-level parking is designed here. Due to high density of buildings, the Mayor instructed the head of the administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Andrei Lobov to work out the possibility of organizing and improving the walking pedestrian zone.
