On the Portal of State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and in the “Services of the RT” mobile application, an online survey of public spaces has been extended - parks, squares, embankments, streets and other territories, which will be landscaped in 2020 as part of the  program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment". To use the service, you must log in to the Public Services Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan in the “Polls” section. Respondents will be able to choose the most priority areas - parks, squares, embankments, streets - from the options presented, as well as put forward their own proposals. We remind that the voting is related to address, that is, residents of municipal districts can vote for the territory of their district only. This allows you to get a personal opinion of the immediate residents and visitors of public spaces located in the area. Kazan residents choose public spaces in each district of the city. In total, 191 objects in Tatarstan were offered to the voters to choose from. After the survey is completed, the current poll results are available.

From April 10th to 12th of April  2019, in the South-West State University (Kursk), the final stage of the International Student Olympiad on Heat, Gas Supply and Ventilation (Master's level) was held at the Department of the Heat, Gas Supply and Ventilation. The competition was attended by students of Russian universities: Belgorod State Technical University n.a. V.G. Shukhov, Voronezh State Technical University, Ivanovo State Polytechnic University, Kazan GASU, Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Penza State University of Architecture and Construction, Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering , North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) n.a. M.K. Ammosova and others. According to the results of the assignments and the evaluation of the jury, the best student (1st place) became Valeyev Bulat! In the team event KGASU took the 1st place in the Olympiad.

In Tatarstan, 860 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 35.5% of the plan. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin announced this at a republican meeting. The Minister said that the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and the State Labor Inspectorate from the beginning of 2019 carried out 385 inspections. For violation of the rules and regulations of labor protection, 65 decisions were issued for a total amount of 2 million 490 thousand rubles. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 338 organizations - members of SROs. In the republic, within the framework of providing housing for certain categories of citizens within the budget allocated for 2019, it is planned to provide housing for 132 families. Including 33 large families with 5 or more children. On 5th of April, certificates were issued to 33 large families. It is also planned to provide housing for 54 young families, 45 citizens from among the forced and displaced people from the Far North and Chernobyl victims. On 18th of April, certificates were issued to 19 Chernobyl victims and 15 displaced persons. In terms of individual housing construction in the republic, out of 7,725 planned houses, 3,676 objects were commissioned.

From 23rd to 26th of April with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the 24th International Specialized Exhibition VolgaStroyExpo and the 23rd Specialized Exhibition "Security. Connection.The Internet" will be held at the Kazan Fair Exhibition Center.  100 companies from Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as from 20 cities and regions of Russia, will present products in the main areas of the construction industry: building and finishing materials, insulation, building structures, building and industrial equipment, engineering networks, housing construction, land improvement, road construction technique. The exhibition is accompanied by a rich business program with the participation of relevant unions and associations.

Today in Pavlovsky Posad, the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov was received. The guest was personally received by the head of the city district Oleg Sokovikov, after which the working meeting was continued by the acting deputy head Vadim Dubinsky. In the framework of the exchange of experience, the delegation visited the qualifying competitions of Worldskils Russia 2019 in training young professionals in the Moscow region. It should be noted that the meeting was held on a friendly note and the participants agreed on the possibilities of further interaction.

This morning President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov walked along the historical center of Kazan and along the embankment of the Kazanka River (Kremlevskaya Embankment). At the site near the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after Musa Jalil, a scheme  for redistributing automobile and pedestrian flows in the historic center of the city was presented to Rustam Minnikhanov. It is assumed that by changing the traffic pattern of the cars, pedestrian connections between Svoboda Square - Sultan-Galiyev Square - Fuchs Square will be organized. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin gave explanations. The following were objects № 62, 64 on the Karl Marks street. Director of the State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan R.M. Nurgaleev asked to transfer the two-story buildings to the museum, for further placement of museum exhibits in them. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the Kazan City Hall to work on this issue. In the building №  70/10 on Karl Marks street placed a branch of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute n.a. Surikov in Kazan. At the moment, the building is under repair and restoration work. During the inspection of the Kremlin Embankment from the street Podluzhnaya Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to organize a football field in the vacant territories immediately after the Millennium Bridge. 

On 11-12th of April 2019, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) hosted the Final Round of the International Student Olympiad in the direction of 04/04/01 “Construction”, the Water Supply and Water Disposal profile (Master's level). Team Leader - Senior Lecturer of the Department of "Water supply and water disposal" Khisameeva Liliya Rakhimzyanovna. According to the results of the International Student Olympiad, 2nd place was taken by a student of KGASU Tatiana Kedrova! In a difficult struggle, our students Akhmerov Salavat Ralifovich and Nurullin Timur Vakilovich entered the top ten Russian masters in the direction 08.04.01 "Construction" profile "Water supply and sanitation."

The Minister said that in Tatarstan they highly value the existing friendly relations with the Republic of Turkey. The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin today received a delegation from ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. led by CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee Mehmet Tara. The Minister of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Safin also took part in the meeting. Today, such companies as "Kastamonu Entegre", "Sisecam", "Hayat Kimya", "Trakya Glass Rus", "Coskunoz", "Koluman", "Tirsan Kardan" and a number of others are working in Tatarstan. In a conversation with the delegation, Irek Faizullin noted that the Republic of Turkey is one of the main foreign partners of Tatarstan. Expressing confidence that the meeting will serve as an impetus for the further active development of Tatar-Turkish relations in general and in the field of construction in particular: "We count on the interest of the Turkish partners in the construction of health facilities in our republic." The Ministry of Transport discussed prospects for cooperation in the design and construction of roads and small bridges. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on the continuation of the work and discussed the prospect of further cooperation in specific areas.

Since the beginning of the program, 27 modular ski bases have already been built in the republic. In 2019 in Tatarstan will be spent about 62 million rubles for the construction of eight ski bases. This was announced at a press conference at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan by the head of the department for the development of the building complex Dinar Sagdatullin. “This year the cost of one module is 7 million 681 thousand rubles. The total amount for 2019 is about 62 million rubles,” - he noted, adding that this amount includes both construction and staffing of the ski base with all the necessary equipment. So, the ski bases will have coaching rooms, rooms for storing and processing skis, men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms. Besides, the bases will be equipped with skis, boots, snowmobiles and much more. New ski modules in 2019 will appear in Bavlinsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Muslyumovsky, Pestrechinsky and Chistopolsky districts of the republic. Sagdatullin also added that for 2 years of the program in the country, 27 modular ski bases were built - 11 bases in 2017 and 16 modules in 2018.

From 11th to 14th of April, 2019, a student of the 6TV03 group Malinov Dmitry Olegovich as part of the Russian national team took part in the Global Skills Challenge 2019 professional skill competition held in the Australian city of Melbourne. At the Global Skills Challenge 2019 500 participants competed in 24 competencies. In addition to Dmitry, representatives from 9 countries took part in the competitions on the plumbing and heating competence: France, Taipei, Brazil, Australia, India, China, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia. Within 4 days, in accordance with the competitive task, the participants carried out the installation of heating systems, hot and cold water supply and sewage systems. As a result of persistent struggle and rigorous expert evaluation, Dmitriy took 2nd place, yielding only to the representative from Japan.
