Information-Advisory group on legal aid carried out in the rural settlement of Big Tigans and Bilyarsk of Alekseevsky municipal area of Republic Tatarstan. This year is the third year of Strategy-2030 of Tatarstan, under which we all worked together. According to the Law on the Approval of the Strategy (from 17.06.2015 No. 40-ZRT) every 3 years, if necessary, it should be adjusted. First of all, it should correspond to the development strategy of the Russian Federation until 2035, as well as take into account the emerging technologies of the developing digital economy. Each citizen of the republic is given the opportunity to participate in determining her future. Kazan, the regional championship of professional skill (WorldSkills Russia) was launched under the competence "Concrete construction works". For the right to participate in competitions at the federal level will compete students of colleges: Kazan Construction College,  Leninogorsk Polytechnic College,   Kama Construction College named after E.Batenchuk and representatives of the construction industry: the Kazan DSC LLC and AK BARS Storoi LLC.

The championship will be held from February 13 to February 15, 2018 on the base of the Kazan Construction College.

This year will be the jubilee fifth competition of professional skill for the title "Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan". The 2018 competition will also determine three winners and candidates for participation in the All-Russian contest of estimates.

The terms of participation:

1) To sent the apply by April 15, 2018;

2) To answer the contest questions and score the maximum number of points;

3) To become a member of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in the All-Russian stage;

The first round will be conducted in absentia in the form of testing using software using the information and telecommunication network "Internet".

The second round will be held in the form of an oral interview conducted by the competitive commission.

The winner, who won the first place and who scored the maximum number of points by the results of the competition, is awarded with the brand badge "The Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan";

2nd place - a laureate of 2 degrees;

3rd place - the winner of 3 degrees.

10 participants who scored the maximum number of points in the republican contest, will continue to prepare for participation in the All-Russian competition of estimates.

In 12 months in 2017, 1745 appeals to the Almetyevsk Zonal Housing Inspectorate concerning the unsatisfactory maintenance of housing stock and poor quality provision of housing and communal services were received. At the personal reception, the head of the AZHI on housing and communal services received 50 applications. The main issues raised in the appeals of citizens are: the maintenance of common property, the quality of providing public services, charging fees for housing and communal services.

On February 9, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that it is planned to overhaul 113 educational facilities, 28 of them are general education organizations and 85 kindergarten. As of February 8, 2018, the works at 11 municipal schools and 7 special schools, at 47 pre-school educational institutions are underway.

In order to intensify work to improve working conditions and prevent occupational injuries in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture,  Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Tatarstan Republican Organization (Union of Builders of Russia) and the Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan annually holds the republican contest "Best Organization for labor protection of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan ".

Winners are determined by 3 groups and 8 nominations:

I group: construction organizations:

1) with an annual volume of works to 50 million rubles;

2) with an annual volume of works from 50 to 500 million rubles;

3) with an annual volume of work performed exceeding 500 million rubles.

II group: specialized assembly organizations:

4) with an annual volume of works to 50 million rubles;

5) with an annual volume of work performed from 50 to 500 million rubles;

6) with an annual volume of works in excess of 500 million rubles.

III group: enterprises of the construction industry:

7) in the number of employees up to 100 people;

8) in the number of employees over 100 people.

The winners will be awarded in the framework of the opening of the 23rd international exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" in April 2018.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly noted that it is extremely important for Russia to participate in the championship. This not only increases the country's rating, but also allows exchanging experience and practices with foreign colleagues. Today the head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin visited the final stage of qualifying competitions for the right to participate in the Final VI of the National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) -2018. The work platform for the competence "frame house construction" was organized on the basis of the Kazan Construction College. Participants from Bugulma and Kazan were able to demonstrate their skills and abilities in real production conditions. Minister Irek Fayzullin wished all the children professional success, and the winners - worthy to represent the Republic of Tatarstan in the Championship.

Today, a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of Lenar Valeyev. The meeting was attended by employees of the Ministry, representatives of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services, managing organizations, specialized educational institutions, design organizations. The main topics of discussion were the implementation of the Program of the Ministry for the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the process of 2015-2020 for 2018, the creation of a working group under the Public Council of the Ministry of Public Control and Anti-Corruption, as well as the coverage of the Ministry's anti-corruption activities in the media with the participation of members of the Public Council and representatives of public organizations.
