On December 20, in the training center "ProfStandart" of the state Autonomous institution "Managment of state expertise and pricing in the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture" together with the Non-profit Partnership "Regional Center for Public Control in the Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" held a seminar "Issues of provision of housing and communal services". The following issues were considered at the event:

- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1491 of December 26, 2016 "On the procedure for the implementation of public housing control";

- bodies of municipal housing control: tasks, functions and powers;

- The socio-legal status of public housing inspectors (rights, duties, responsibilities). At the end of the seminar, each student received a certificate and a set of information-methodological material.

Single payments will increase the transparency of payments for utility services. From next year, transparency of the republic's housing and utilities sector will increase significantly. This will be due to the introduction of a single payment document for utilities. "For the transparency of the calculations, as of January 1, 2018, the Unified Settlement Center (USC) of the Republic of Tatarstan will start operating on the basis of AO "Tatenergosbyt". Gradually, a single payment document will be introduced. All residents of apartment buildings in the Republic will receive one document of the same type and sample," - Ildus Nasyrov told journalists. "The funds will not flow to the management company, the intermediaries will leave the accounts. This is a step towards transparency in the settlement system in the housing and communal services sector, "- Nasyrov emphasized.

Next year the number of republican programs in the sphere of housing and communal services will increase. To implement the republican programs in the sphere of housing and communal services in 2017, 37 billion rubles were spent. The final results were announced to the journalists by the head of the Office for the operation and implementation of housing and communal services Ildus Nasyrov at a press conference in the IA "Tatar-inform." A modular ski base opened in Almetyevsk in the territory of the sports and entertainment complex "Snowflake". 6 million rubles have been allocated from the Republican budget for the construction of this facility. There are dressing areas, toilets, showers, coaches rooms, ski storage and maintenance facilities, 100 sets of ski equipment, a snowmobile and a storage room in the new insulated ski base area of 110 square meters. Simultaneously there may fit about 30-40 people in it.
