A high level of preparation of infrastructure and housing stock for winter is observed in nine regions - Moscow, Kamchatka, Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, Samara Region, Altai Republic, Tula, Lipetsk and Novosibirsk Regions. Currently, all houses and social facilities of Tatarstan are provided with heat. The first deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported on October 17 at a briefing in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. "The heat supply began at the end of September. There were some complaints, but we monitor the situation. Over the past five days, such appeals have not been received," - he said. According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, 17,168 houses, 1603 schools, 1,839 kindergartens, 2,117 health organizations, 1,767 cultural institutions, 270 sports facilities and 180 social protection organizations are now provided with heat.

Keys from comfortable apartments were received by settlers from the emergency housing, participants in the social mortgage program, young families, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, medical workers - recipients of grants. Among those who will celebrate a housewarming party, 191 families under the social mortgage program, 214 - resettled from the emergency housing, 18 doctors, one large family and a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.

In Tatarstan, the implementation of the republican program "Construction of universal sports grounds-2017" has been fully completed. This year, 120 sports facilities were built in 45 municipalities.

Of these, 15 objects were put into operation for 278 apartments with an area of 16.5 thousand square meters. As part of the program to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, 13 houses are being built for 38 veterans. To date, 2 of them have been completed by construction, 7 houses are in a high degree of readiness and 4 - in an average degree. Under the program of construction of multi-apartment investment housing out of 49 residential buildings, 37 facilities are in a high stage of readiness, 12 - in an average degree.
