In the village of Malye Ubei, Drozhzhanovsky district, a new feldsher-midwife station was opened and the kindergarten was put in commission after major repairs. Socially significant objects are built according to the Presidential program. The residents of the village of Malye Ubei were congratulated on the opening of the buildings by the head of the district Alexander Shadrikov, the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the State Council of RT Ildar Gilmutdinov and Rinat Gaytatullin. The successful development of the village is the creation of comfortable living conditions for the villagers and, first of all, the availability of medical care. The new building has a spacious entrance hall, a separate patient reception room, a treatment room, a room for storing the necessary stock of medications and medicines, a washing room, all the necessary furniture was purchased, including a changing table for babies, an observation chair, a scale, a ruler for measuring growth.

The selection of applications for the 1st all-Russian Professional Skill Contest "Best in the Profession in the Field of Pricing and Estimated Normalization in the Sphere of Urban Development" organized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation was launched.

The competition is held in five nominations:
• "The best specialist in the development of estimates in the design and construction field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the estimated cost of construction field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the estimated cost of design work field";
• "The best specialist in the calculation of the cost of engineering surveys in the design and construction field";
• "The best young specialist in the field of pricing and budget valuation in the sphere of urban development".
Applications are accepted on the website of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. There is also all the information necessary for competitors. The deadline for applications is October 1, 2017.

From August 28 to August 30, 2017, the 17th International Conference Baltimix-2017 is taking place in Kazan. The organizers of the event were the Russian Union of Builders, the Quintet Company, the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU) and the Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPSUACE). The conference was opened by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.S. Gimayev.
Within the framework of the three-day business program, it is planned to discuss the following topical issues:
- The market of dry building mixtures of the Russian Federation: results of half-year and short-term prospects;
 -Advanced technologies for packaging, palletizing and packaging dry mixtures;
 -Techniques and solutions for mechanization of finishing works;
 - Competitive situation on the Russian market of dry construction mixtures.

The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision issued a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and project documentation for the residential building No. 10-7 in Residential Complex Salavat Cooper in Kazan. The contractor is the company "Grey-stroi."

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Inspectorate (GZhI) conducted 2,990 surveys in 2017 on the objects of overhauling apartment buildings in 43 municipal districts, according to which 54 violations of safety technique in 17 districts were identified.  This was announced today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin held a meeting in the videoconference mode with all the municipal districts of the republic. Irek Fayzullin noted that all tasks related to the preparation of the republic's schools for the academic year and the completion of overhaul will be completed on time. As of August 24, overhaul of the resource centers (colleges) being created is being carried out at 7 objects out of 10. Three objects have been completed (Kazan, Aktanyshsky district and Naberezhnye Chelny).

The information and consulting group for rendering free legal assistance carried out the visit to the rural settlements of Elantovo and Verkhnaya Uratma of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the specialist of the Legal Department of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and utilities RT L. A. Akhmetzyanova.

Today in the village of Kaltakovo a rural centre for 50 people has opened. Residents of this village are immensely grateful to the leadership of the Republic and the district for the improvement of the village. The opening was attended by the head of the district Aidar Salakhov, deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan, director of the State institution "House of Friendship of Peoples of Tatarstan" Irek Sharipov, cultural workers and villagers. Aidar Salahov and Irek Sharipov greeted the villagers with such a big event in the village and handed certificates of material support to the rural centre.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, by Order No. 2789 of August 17, 2017, confirmed the inclusion of the Construction Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan (initiated by OOO "Suvar Development") and the Cluster of Building Technologies and Materials (initiated by OOO "Ak Bars Development") into the federal register of industrial clusters. The inclusion of building clusters in the federal register allows the participants of the cluster to reimburse up to 50% of costs associated with the implementation of cooperative (cluster) investment projects aimed at import substitution.

In Menzelinsk, after a major overhaul, the kindergarten No. 7 was reopened. A solemn opening was attended by the head of the district Aidar Salakhov and other officials. In his welcoming speech, Aidar Salakhov noted the significance of the program. After the solemn part, the guests went inside the kindergarten. The guests noted that the building turned out to be beautiful both outside and inside, all amenities were created.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the final inspections of two housing projects by the Inspectorate of the State Property Inspectorate were carried out successfully. To date, positive conclusions are being prepared on the compliance of the house No. 10-7 of Residential Complex Salavat Cooper (contractor OOO "Greit Stroy") and the last block-section of the problem object of the shared-equity building project of the OOO "Solnechnyi Gorod" Kazan ("Fon" Company).
