In Tatarstan in 2016 entered 2 million of 406.5 thousand sq meters of housing including the social mortgage program – 373,6 thousand sq. m. this was announced by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, speaking with a report on the activities of the Executive authorities of the Republic for the year 2016 at the 26th meeting of the state Council of RT V convocation.

On March 18, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov with participation of all municipalities, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of March 17, 2017, a total of 526,900 square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which makes 103 per cent as compared to the same period last year.

This year the work on the program overhaul of children's health camps in Tatarstan allocated 100 million rubles. This was announced at a press conference on the news Agency "Tatar-inform", the first Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic Alexey Frolov.

According to the speaker, it is planned to overhaul four children's health camps, to build four buildings and to renovate the three facilities.

He noted that to date, the overhaul of children's camps, carried out at 60 percent, construction works by 30 percent, and reconstruction by 15%.

In the framework of the program overhaul of the housing Fund in Elabuga repair work is conducted in 16 houses. "In 2017, increased the total limit of the program – allocated 132 million roubles. Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev held the meeting with representatives of the "ADE GROUP" (Turkish Republic), in which the participants discussed possible areas of cooperation.
