The Minister of construction, housing and utilities sector of the Russian Federation Mikhail Men spoke at a meeting of the State Duma in frameworks "The Governmental hour" and reported key performance indicators of the Department on 30th of November.

Action within the framework organized by the Ministry of the Russian Federation the all-Russian parade of municipal vehicles was held today, November 26 in Almetyevsk. The parade was attended by 45 units of various types of equipment. The exhibition was visited by the head of the district Airat Khairullin.

RT Ministry of construction on behalf of the Minister I. E. Faizullin held the award ceremony of the teams of contractors, clients and Executive committees of municipal formations of the Republic. Teams were rewarded for contributing to the successful implementation of national programs on building of objects socially-cultural appointment and housing construction of the Republic for 2015. Rewarding spent Deputy Minister I. S. Gimayev.

"ZHILKOMSERVIS" took first place in the Third All-Russian competition of projects ENES-2016. In 2016 at the Federal stage of the competition received more than 400 works from 65 regions of Russia, the organizing Committee was formed in 77 subjects of the Federation. One of the leaders in the number of submitted projects become the Republic of Tatarstan (21 applications) and Samara oblast (16 applications). All submitted projects were assessed by the Federal competition Commission, whose task was to choose the finalists.

On 24 November in the conference room of the Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan passed the next meeting of the working group on public control in the housing sector and development of public self-government. The event was held under the chairmanship of the member of the Public chamber of Dmitry Romanov. The working group has been updated — it includes professionals working in the field of maintenance of public buildings, representatives of self-regulatory organizations and the presidents of the Councils houses. According to the agenda, the meeting participants discussed a number of issues.

Today, on the basis on the basis of Kazan construction college has opened a new training center of TECHNONICOL, which will provide practical training students, professionals of the construction industry.

On November 23, at Kazanskaya Yarmarka exhibition center, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov opened the 7th specialized exhibition and congress “Pure water. Kazan-2016”.

Acting Head of the Federal Agency for Water Resources Vadim Nikanorov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic Farid Abdulganiyev, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin, Head of Kazan Executive Committee Denis Kalinkin and other officials took part in the opening ceremony.

According to organizers, holding the exhibition and congress "Pure water. Kazan” will allow participants to share practical experience, demonstrate advanced technologies, discuss main issues of the industry, and focus on water problems.

It should be noted that Tatarstan is one of Russia's most watered regions, with more than 36,000 water bodies.

"Tatarstan is the district's leading region in the number of water. Of course, water is the basis for our economy and recreation. Without this important natural resource we can not solve any problems,” Minnikhanov said in his welcoming speech.

"Tatarstan has huge water resources, but the existing infrastructure should be developed," he went on to say.

"I am sure that this exhibition and congress, as well as systematic work, which will be done together with our federal colleagues and the public, will allow us to significantly change the situation in the republic in this sphere,” Minnikhanov summed up. 

The further development of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is impossible without qualified personnel, formed and Mature in the labour market. This was stated today by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at meeting of Economic Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue.

Today in the Specialized class "School of  literate consumer" in the College utilities Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of RT was held a seminar for the Chairmen and activists of the Council of apartment buildings. The training was attended by about 20 people.

The lesson covered a number of issues including the reform of housing and communal services and changes in the housing code, the legal and judicial practice, learning the basics of energy efficiency, interaction of tips with management companies.

To date, the Center has trained 1,750 people.
