On February 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin, Board Chairman of OAO “Ammoni” Rinat Khanbikov and other officials arrived in the Mendeleevsk region to take part in a solemn launching of the Complex producing ammonia, granulated carbamide and methanol "Ammoni".

February 25-26, 2016 in "Kazan fair" will be held  the XX Forum "Safety and communication". The Forum will be held 20-th specialized exhibition "Security", 18-th specialized exhibition "Communication" and 9-th specialized exhibition "Security and safety".

 

The Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar on "Use of modern technologies of modular construction with the use of alternative energy sources in low-rise house building ". 

 

In Tatarstan competitive recruitment of young architects to participate in the workshop "Spring march", which will be held March 12-30 under the direction of well-known Russian experts, announced. Participants will develop the architectural concept for seven new public spaces of cities and villages of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event is organized by the Architecture School "March" and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.


 

On February 20, speaking at a traditional regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that 389,900 square meters of housing, which makes 12 per cent compared with the same period of the previous year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan since the beginning of the year.

In the mountainous villages and the New village of the Soviet district of Kazan started the construction of rural club. Multifunctional centre will appear on a street Locatornaya.

The Ministry of construction and housing utilities of the Russian Federation finalizing of the draft Federal law, which should become the basic regulatory document in the field of estimate regulation and pricing in construction, said the head of Ministry of construction of Russia Mikhail Men during all-Russia meeting on budget standardisation and improvement of the system of pricing in construction, which took place on 19th of  February in Kazan.
"First of all, it aims to deal with concepts in the estimated valuation and pricing, as well as the creation of the state information and analytical system, including the register of estimate standards and the results of the monitoring of the cost of construction resources", - said Mikhail Men.

 

On 15 February, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree on conferring the honorary title "Honoured worker of housing and communal services of the Russian Federation" the General Director of "Cozy house" of the Republic of Tatarstan M. A. Nureyev for his merits in the field of construction, housing and communal services and long-term honest work.

Today was held a regular meeting of the Commission for the protection of the legitimate interests of citizens upon rendering housing and utility services, where took part the head of the Executive Committee of Novosheshminsky municipal district R. R. Fasahov. The meeting heard presentations on the following issues:
Information about debtors for utility services including recovery through the courts in January 2016,
Information LLC "Novosheshminsky the ICC" the collection for utility services in the context of rural settlements Novosheshminsky municipal district
At the Commission meeting it was decided to intensify work on a direction in court of documents collection of payments for utility services, as well as activation of work with defaulters for housing and utility services by applying the restriction of water services and conduct joint raids to recover the debt by the Executive leaves for utility services.
