The project is carried out from March 28 to April 11 in all regions of the Russian Federation. The event was organized by the Regional Public Center for Internet Technologies, the Russian Association of Electronic Communications and Microsoft with the support of the All-Russian National Front. Everyone in two age groups can become project participants: 14 - 18 years old, 18 years old and older. This “Digital Dictation” includes online testing for knowledge of basic Internet programs, orientation and use of Internet services, computer literacy, Internet security, collection and analysis of programs and projects related to improving digital literacy of the population. The project is being implemented using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by the Presidential Grants Fund.

Award "TOP RC" - the annual urban planning competition of residential complexes, new buildings. The competition involves 1,582 housing projects from 74 regions of the Russian Federation. The finalists and winners in the competition are determined in 189 nominations. In the final, in the nominations of three regional groups and federal nominations, 537 new buildings from 438 developers were admitted. In the nomination “Best RC” the finalists included the RC “Heart of the City”, the developer “Talan”; In the nomination “Low-rise houses” - RC “Tsarevo Village”, the developer “Unistroy”; In the nomination “High-rise buildings” - RC “Krasnye Chelny”, the developer “Domkor”.

At the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held a meeting with representatives of "KOLİN İnşaat" holding (Turkish Republic), within the framework of which possible areas of cooperation were discussed. The event, chaired by Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev, was attended by a member of the board of "KOLİN İnşaat" holding Kemal Kologlu, chairman of the board of "ADCO" company - official representative of "KOLİN İnşaat" holding in the Russian Federation Selchuk Akat, assistant to the chairman of the board of "ADCO" company Zuhra Nutfullina. Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev told the guests about the achievements of the construction complex of the republic, as well as the implementation of republican programs and national projects in Tatarstan. The Turkish side expressed its readiness to cooperate both in the field of construction and in the energy sector. The event was also attended by employees of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy General Director of the State Institution “Fund for Gasification, Energy Saving Technologies and Development of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan” Yevgeny Volkov, Assistant to the Chief Engineer of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” Airat Khaibullov, Head of the Department for Program Implementation “Main Investing Constructing Administration Of The Republic Of Tatarstan” Ildar Shaydullin, Head of the Department of Roads of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the RT Oleg Kazennov. At the end of the event, the parties expressed hope for further cooperation.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan is participating in the implementation of six national projects in 2020. This was announced today by the head of the department Farit Khanifov at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Farit Khanifov noted that the amount of funding for six national projects will be more than 13 billion rubles, the work will be performed at 125 facilities. Under the national project "Demography", work is planned on 28 objects in the amount of 5 billion 158 million rubles. Under the national project "Housing and Urban Environment", work is planned on 66 objects. The total funding will amount to 4 billion 452 million rubles. Under the national project "Ecology", work is planned on 7 objects in the amount of 1 billion 624 million rubles. Under the national project "Education", work is planned on 8 objects in the amount of 1 billion 183 million rubles. Under the national project "Healthcare", work is planned on 10 objects in the amount of 1 billion 90 million rubles. To date, design work is ongoing. Under the national project "Culture", work is planned on 6 objects in the amount of 85 million rubles. According to housing construction programs, as of the 6th of March, 622 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic. This is 21% of the plan. The dynamics of housing commissioning per week is 54.4 thousand square meters. According to the program of social co-financing, the statistical offices reported on 11 houses for 363 apartments with an area of ​​20.5 thousand square meters (7.5% of the plan). For the remaining 119 objects of the 2020 investment program, the degree of readiness of the houses is as follows: 31 objects with an area of ​​101.6 thousand square meters are in a high degree of readiness, 51 objects with an area of ​​70.9 thousand square meters are in the average readiness, in the low degree - 37 objects with an area of ​​80.5 thousand square meters.

The urban digitalization index “IQ of cities” will allow us to determine the basic level of urban digitalization and the effectiveness of solutions implemented by cities and regions under the Smart City project. The urban digitalization index “IQ of cities” was developed by the Russian Ministry of Construction together with Lomonosov Moscow State University in the framework of the departmental project "Smart City", which is being implemented as part of two national projects - "Housing and Urban Environment" and "Digital Economy". “IQ of cities” is calculated in ten areas (city management, smart housing and communal services, innovations for the urban environment, smart city transport, intelligent public and environmental safety systems, tourism and service, intelligent social services systems, economic status and investment climate, communications network infrastructure) and contains 47 indicators.

According to the results of a survey of an apartment building on Dostoevsky St., Leninogorsk on the treatment of tenants by the inspector of the Bugulminskaya ZHI, violations of compliance by the managing organization with the Rules and norms of technical operation of the housing stock were revealed, namely: the absence of heating devices in the basement designed by the project. Bugulminskaya ZHI in the address of JSC "Center for Housing and Communal Services and Construction" issued an order to eliminate the violations. By the decision of the justice of the peace dated  the18th of February 2020, JSC "Center for Housing and Communal Services and Construction" was found guilty of an administrative offense and subjected to administrative punishment in the form of a fine amounted100 thousand rubles. The previously issued order to eliminate violations of the Rules and norms of the technical operation of the housing stock of JSC "Center for Housing and Communal Services and Construction" was executed.

In accordance with the decision of the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the republic is implementing a program for the construction of indoor swimming pools, ice palaces and universal gyms.  In 2020 it is planned to build 3 indoor swimming pools in the Nurlat, Muslumovsky and Vysokogorsky municipal districts.  As well as 6 universal sports halls in Buinsky, Mamadyshsky, Sarmanovsky, Zelenodolsky (Osinovo village), Tukaevsky and Kukmorsky municipal areas.  This was announced at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.  He added that in addition to this, construction of 2 indoor ice rinks with artificial ice in Rybno-Slobodsky and Laishevsky municipal districts is planned.  “Nowadays 4 indoor arenas are under construction: a football and rugby training arena in Kazan, a football training arena in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, and a football training arena in Nizhnekamsk,” - the deputy minister said.

In 2013 a large-scale project on the construction of universal sports grounds in cities and towns of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan has began.  During this time, 992 universal sports grounds and 35 modular ski resorts were built, totaling 2,734 million rubles.  This was announced at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.  “In 2019, 105 sports grounds and 8 modular ski resorts with furniture, implements and equipment were built, for a total amount of 427.44 million rubles,” - the deputy minister said.  In addition, this year it is planned to build 91 facilities: these are 84 universal sports grounds, 6 modular ski block camps with furniture, inventory and equipment, as well as 1 indoor football arena with an administrative building.

For 2 months of 2020, the YZHI received 70 requests from residents of Agryz, Yelabuga, Mamadysh, and Mendeleev municipal districts on 114 issues on maintenance and repair of the housing stock, the quality of housing and communal services related to the maintenance of common property (19.6%), quality the provision of utilities (26%), the charging of housing and communal services (10%). In comparison with 2019, the number of requests relating to the maintenance and repair of the housing stock increased by 10%, the quality is presented utilities decreased by 9%, the validity of the accrual of payments for utility services decreased by 2%.
