22 kindergartens will appear in the Republic of Tatarstan this year thanks to the national project “Demography”. It is planned to build new buildings in Arsk with 140 places, in Buinsk and in the Laishevsky district LCD “Yuzhyi Park” with 260 places, in  LCD “Usadba Tsarevo” the Pestrechinsky district with 220 places, as well as 50 places in the Sabinsky district, Ileber village and in the Tukaevsky district, Azmushkino village with 140 places. In addition, it is planned to build three kindergartens in the city Naberezhnye Chelny with 220 places in 22 and 25 complexes of the Zamelekesye residential complex and in the settlement ZYAB, district 19, two kindergartens for 220 places in Kazan in the "Sedmoe Nebo" residential complex and LCD "Volzskie Prostory." Gulnaz Minnikhanova noted that thanks to the implementation of the national project “Demography”, there will also be three kindergartens with 340 places each in "Zalesny City" residential complex, "Svetlaya Dolina" residential complex and "Zapadnoe Zarechie" residential area. Two kindergartens with 120 places in Staroe Arakchino and residential complex "Vesna 2", two kindergartens with 260 places in the residential complex "Salavat Coopere" in the 2nd and 3rd quarter.

Last year, 37 thousand families living in Tatarstan improved their living conditions under the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. In total, in 2019, 2 million 675 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in the republic, which is 11% more than a year earlier. Housing per inhabitant of the Republic of Tatarstan reached 27.3 square meters. For this year in Tatarstan is planned to build 2 million 979 thousand square meters of housing. The goal of the national project is to improve the living conditions of the population and increase the comfort of the urban environment. This is one of 12 national projects that have been implemented since 2019 in Russia at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Farit Khanifov also emphasized that about 80% of all accidents at construction sites are a fall from a height. He suggested paying close attention to this fact. To date, 44 multi-family residential buildings with an area of ​​340.3 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which is 25.8% of the plan. During the week, 1 multi-apartment building with an area of ​​40.5 thousand square meters was commissioned. 68 opening facilities of 2020 are in a high degree of readiness (70% -100%), 56 houses are in an average degree of readiness (30% -70%); in a low degree of readiness (0% -30%) - 9 houses. In terms of providing housing for large families of 46 large families, on the 14th of March, 2020 certificates were issued to 32 large families. The list of young families to be provided with housing has been approved for 47 young families from 12 municipalities.
