He thanked the 27 municipalities who had reached the year’s target.

A great help in fulfilling the 2011 task is the presence of near-completion buildings in 18 municipalities, which total space is 515,319 square metres.

Today, the walls of Kazan Federal University have passed seminar "Integrated engineering survey using the unique capabilities CFI for the building complex of the Republic of Tatarstan". The event was held in accordance with the recommendations of the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov jointly by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan Federal University.

Today the meeting of heads of the ministry of building, architecture and housing of RT led by deputy minister Almaz Ahmetshin with the Turkish company «Yapi Merkezi Construction and Industry Inc has taken place.». The purpose of arrival of visitors from Turkey is cooperation with departments and the Republic Tatarstan enterprises in sphere of building and a construction of high-speed lines of a railway transportation.

The list of schools in Tatarstan eligible for major repair within a 2012-2014 republic-wide programme has been added with 753 institutions. The figure was today announced at a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers.

In all, 1,885 general education institutions are active in Tatarstan, including 55 correctional and boarding schools. Of the 1,885, about 40 percent are older than 30 years and require major repair.

The programme envisages annual funding in the amount of at least 1.5 billion roubles. The sub-progrmame Major Repair of Municipal Schools includes all schools whose age is for the moment of inclusion 30 years and more. In accordance with the programme, roofs and utilities will be repaired, and windows and doors replaced.

Today the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of RT Irek Fajzullin is in a working trip to Moscow where Social council session has taken place at Minregione of Russia concerning formation of system of territorial planning in the Russian Federation. The minister of regional development of the Russian Federation Victor Basargin has spent Social council.

The program of major repairs of multiroom apartment houses for 2012 in Republic Tatarstan will be generated in limits of financing of 2011. The minister of  building, architecture I. Faizullin has informed on it today at republican meeting in the House of Government RT.

The meeting has traditionally passed in a video conferencing mode, with connection of all municipal areas RT, the President of Republic Tatarstan R. Minnihanov has held meeting. The Prime minister of RT I. Khalikov has taken part in meeting.

Today the State Corporation - The Foundation for Reforming Housing held the all-Russian conference call. The meeting discussed the progress and timing of completion of the regionaltarget programs on major repairs of apartment houses and resettlement of people from dilapidated housing stock.

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Tatarstan  Farit Hanif call attended in a conference by the Republic of Tatarstan.

Immediately three kindergartens were opened today in the district Azinо. All of them - "Chishmekey" ("Spring"), "Turgay" ("The Lark") and "Tamchy" ("Drop") - built by the national program "Belekech."

Today in Kazan opened just 4 parking: the new underground parking lot near the metro station The Kremlin and 3 temporary parking lots with a total capacity of about 1.6 thousand parking spaces.

Underground parking at the metro station "Kremlin", designed for 57 cars, will help relieve some of the cars curb adjacent streets and Chernyshevsky and right- Bulak.

Today in the Ministry of Construction "Saint-Gobain Isover" Company conducted a master class on "Fundamentals of thermal insulation in construction, industry and housing and communal services'. The company produces insulation materials.
