According to the State Information System “Monitoring of Housing Stock”, construction and installation work has been fully completed in 697 houses out of 753. In 56 MKD, work continues. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a meeting at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

On January 1, 2023, a new comprehensive state program «Construction» will start working in Russia. This was told by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation Yuri Gordeev.

In Tatarstan, 2 million 889 thousand square meters have been commissioned under housing construction programs to date. Including 2 million 36 thousand sq.m. accounted for individual housing construction, 747 thousand sq. m. - for multi-apartment investment housing and 105.7 thousand sq. m. - for houses on social mortgages. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The new park in the Kazan residential district "Salavat Kupere" was visited today by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Aizatullin also took part in the inspection. 

In Nizhnekamsk, residents of the 169-apartment residential building No. 92 on Mira Avenue were settled. Participants of the social library program will live in the new apartments. The new building was built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
