The collection of proposals from the population for the development of a master plan of the Kazan agglomeration has started

GBU “Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan” together with the Institute of the General Plan of Moscow has begun to develop a master plan of the Kazan agglomeration. It will include Kazan, Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsk, Pestrechinsky, Laishevsky municipal districts and others.

Suggestions and ideas for the development of transport infrastructure, public spaces, residential buildings, historical heritage can be left on the interactive map “Kazan-2050” at the link.

The sociological survey will take place within a month from the moment of its launch and will end on May 15, 2023. Then the information will be analyzed by specialists during the development of the master plan. The strategic document will be prepared by the end of 2023.
