In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022, the implementation of republican programs, state programs and national projects in the field of construction will continue. So, this year it is planned to implement 44 programs, 31 of which are approved by the Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, 28 republican programs in the field of construction have been approved. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The TOP RC Award is the largest competition in Russia for residential complexes-new buildings. More than 1 thousand projects from 700-800 developers took part in it. Finalists, prize-winners and winners are determined in 155 nominations. When evaluating each residential complex, the following factors are taken into account: the complexity of the development, the availability of infrastructure, architecture, yard and parking spaces, smart home and much more.

A visiting meeting on the design and construction of facilities in Innopolis was held by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The digital construction assistance platform "I am Building" in the Republic of Tatarstan was implemented in 2020 by the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Recall that the portal was launched in test mode in two pilot districts of the Republic of Tatarstan - Sabinsky and Almetyevsk municipal districts.

Today, the settlement of apartment buildings erected at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the village of Bogatye Saby and the village of Shemordan of the Sabinsky district of Tatarstan.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings this year will cover 769 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 700 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6 billion 441 million rubles. The verification of charges for housing and communal services and the change of payments for heating in the Republic of Tatarstan in the winter period was told today at a press conference in IA "Tatar-inform". The First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov and the Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Krainov took part in the press conference.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a joint meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "construction, housing and communal services, urban environment". The meeting was held in Moscow under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin. In the training center of the state autonomous institution "Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture", with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, advanced training courses on information modeling technologies (TIM) are being held. The training is conducted for customers, chief project engineers, cost estimators, heads of organizations responsible for the implementation of TIM in the organization.

To date, 407 thousand square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan – 15% of the plan. The greatest fulfillment of the plan is recorded for the social housing construction: by mid-February, it was completed by almost 47% - 70 thousand square meters were commissioned.
